I bought my Altima at another dealer. They said I had to take it to the Nissan dealer. Sara in there service department was amazing to say the least. Fixed the original problem. Then when another problem popped up, Sara had bad news. $800 plus problem. I was not a happy camper. I told her to just fix the car. Of course it wasn't covered. I received a phone call from Sara. She took care of me. From 800 plus. To $290. thank you so much. Go see Sara. Very good communication and does what she says. Thank you again Sara.

Went in for a front brake job quoted at $500...walked out with $833 bill? Repair was estimated to take two hours and I was there for almost 4 hours. Frustrated. Usually a reliable dealership now I'm looking to take my business elsewhere after this experience.

Honestly I don’t think I will shop for a vehicle anywhere else. This was by far the fastest, and best experience I’ve had buying a car. I request a test drive via online next day I was reach out by a sales representative Jake Lau , we scheduled a day and time , me and my family went to see the vehicle 02/03/2023, it was a really nice and friendly service from Jake make us feel really comfortable, I told Jake let me think about and if I make a decision to buy the vehicle because a great custumer service from him i will comeback and also auto nation support pink drive ( breast cancer , a family member is a survivor) we get back the 02/15/2023 and Jake was able to work with us we agreed on the price and make the purchase the day we didn't get delivery that day until the 02/22/2023 it was because I wanted my vehicle with a accesories installed before and Jake maked happened, I'm really happy with my this is the 1st time that to go to a dealership for a test drive that I didn't experience the super pressure to make a decision , Jake was awesome I definitely recommend autonation tempe nissan to friends and family,

I had given a review of 5 stars but that was my first experience. This last experience has changed my review. Last time, it took a while to get back to me, but the service provided made up for that. This time, I called once and was cut off and told they were just looking at the car. I called after that two days later left a message, and got no response. My husband called and left a message and got no answer. Finally, he drove to the service department (four days after our car went in) and finally got answers. The excuse, they hadn't drawn up the quote yet. This is the second time it took forever to get an answer about what was wrong with our car. However, the actual mechanical fixing of our vehicle is done well.

I will never purchase a vehicle that requires me to have a check-in at Nissan after this experience. I'll admit that our car is a lemon, but we bought it private sale: so that's not anyone's fault. However, this locations service is awful. Our Nissan Juke was making weird noises so we scheduled a check-up appointment (other places we went to didn't want to deal with Nissan's for some reason); after waiting a week for our appointment time we had our car delivered by tow truck (we didn't want to drive with the weird noise). The Service Department didn't contact us, and later that day we called in and were told "we're looking at your car right now". For three days following that experience we called and left messages (about 4 total messages) and NOBODY responded. So I drove into the shop [and walked up to the window of our service professional] and she claimed that she still needed to draft-up a quote; after cutting me off to have a phone call mid-conversation, she then showed me the quote that she'd claimed (pre-interrupting phone call) that she hadn't drafted. She wouldn't let me see my car until she walked me to it (and it was out front the shop, 5 spots down from where I just parked) and claimed that it needed a new engine. I asked for the review and quote via email, and she still hasn't sent them to me (6.5 hours later). Someone saw the car at the lot, and called me - so we're selling it as junk ... but I'm telling friends, family, and even random strangers to avoid that Nissan shop!

My Service Rep (Ivan) was great: Personable, respectful, thorough, and communicative. I was a bit disappointed and surprised in the mechanic team though. Only half my tires weee rotated! How did I know? I have my method. I was surprised because something so simple as a tire rotation wasn’t double-checked? Disappointed because it makes me wonder…how do I know the alignment was properly completed? How do I know the oil was changed? See where I’m going with this? A customer becomes circumspect pretty quickly. When I pointed out the tire rotation issue to Ivan, he immediately took my car back to the shop. I don’t write this to create a bad review, but rather as a reminder that attention-to-detail is so important in vehicle mechanics.

I had a great experience here with these guys. Fabian in Finance was super helpful and helped me out so much. Super dope and they definitely care about their customers. Each time I’ve been in there they kept it real and positive. I recommend them 100% 3 years later >>>>>. The manager of Tempe Nissan was absolutely amazing! Very laid back and man of his word and that says a lot about the car sales men. No offense but I also worked in the car sales industry so I know how ruthless those guys can be. Not only him but the finance manager also went above and beyond to give me the best deals that I possibly could get the way the two of them handled their business with me got me into The exact car that I wanted. The guy who sold me the car was also laid-back very friendly and patient and took his time to really go into detail about the new features my car had and might I mention all of them are dog lovers so that right there is 10 gold stars. Dopest group of guys I’ve come across and I highly recommend them ❤️

Not clear on whether not tires were actually rotated since receipt does not confirm whether rotated or just inspected. Also very unsatisfied with the recommendation to replace the 60,000 mile tires with only 27,000 miles of wear

The job was done correctly, but it took two full working days to get my car back, when all they had to do was adjust a tension pulley on the serpentine belt. Replacing the belt itself takes less than 10 minutes for someone that isn’t a professional. The service department has horrible roll over and it is near impossible to contact the advisors. I called 10+ times and left multiple voicemails, I received contact when I started bugging the people in sales.

I have a recall on my work truck (Nissan NV 2500 tall). I made an appointment several months ago. When I arrived, they told me they don’t work on Commercial vehicles. I got an email again recently for a recall from them again. I called and asked if they work on these vehicles now because last time they didn’t. She said they do. Well, I arrived there this morning and was told they don’t. Even if the girl on the phone didn’t know better, the service tech should have noticed on the calendar what type of vehicle I had and alerted me! I blocked out appointments TWICE now losing money because they can’t train their staff! I would NOT recommend them as they don’t have a clue what’s going on internally.

Service and Sales are always great. The car has a problem with the break electronic switch that causes the car to not start. This issue keeps happening every 8 months or so. They can't fix it under warranty until they can reproduce it, which means I have to wait for the car to be basically inoperable to get it fixed. This issue has made it so I won't buy a nissan again and will likely get rid of this one soon. Too bad, because the dealer and service are awesome.

Jake was awesome during the whole experience of car buying. We went in January to reserve a Nissan Leaf and bought it when it arrived in February. He laughed at all our Leaf puns which was pretty unbeLEAFable. He LEAFS a great impression of autonation and this branch in Tempe. He definitely did not LEAF us hanging, and followed up constantly. Terry in finance was great as well, but we only met with him once before we had to LEAF. Would definitely recommend buying a car here, they are very straight forward and you don't have to do the car dealership hustle and negotiation baloney, which is quite a re-LEAF.

My car is having a repetitive issue with the break switch where it wears off and then doesn't let you start the car or change gears! Hate Nissan manufacturing for that and will likely never buy another Nissan but AutoNation has always been helpful in fixing it under warranty and being transparent about what's happening. Their service is reliable, consistent, and excellent.

Well first off I told the Salesman upfront about my situation. I don't like my time Wasted. He wasted my Time. The Salesman just kept ignoring what I was saying, customer service is Paying attention to the Customer. Actually listening to the customer so that you know how to better assist the customer. I have a 2022 kicks with 15000 miles on it. It braked suddenly a few weeks ago like I had hit something and the screen turned red. I had to put it in park and drive to keep going. I read Nissan is having issues w the automatic braking sensor. It was at the dealer for almost a month and they couldn't replicate the problem. I don't want this to happen when on the highway or busy road. Has anyone had this happen to them? How can I get Nissan to fix it? This is an email I wrote to Nissan. I was so excited to get my 2022 Nissan Kicks and recommended them to everyone. Now my idea of Nissan has changed. I have heard that you are unable to duplicate the problem and will not fix it even though it is a known issue. This puts me in fear of an accident and for my life and the lives of my passengers. This is very dangerous and can cause a severe accident if this were to happen on the highway or even regular road. The emergency braking system sensor needs to be replaced. If I am to get in any type of accident, this refusal of fixing the issue will result with it being due to your negligence. I am attaching screenshots of where this is a known issue and has happened to several others. I will come pick up my vehicle, but just know you will be responsible if I am to get in any type of accident. I would also like to know what tests were performed, who performed them, and the tests the Nissan representative did and his info. I will need printed copies of all of this. I will also be contacting the Nissan corporate office with my dissatisfaction of your service.

I worked with Mia (from Finance) and she was awesome. She even stayed late to complete my sale! The sales managers and service department were very friendly and helpful as well! Waited over 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge i was in the service driveway. I understand that businesses are understaffed and busy, but all i wanted was to at least be acknowledged by one staff member saying that someone would be with me shortly. I stood outside my car watching staff interact with other customers and then just stand and talk with other employees, felt it was unprofessional. Once someone acknowledged me, there was no apology for the wait or anything. It then took over two hours for my oil change, waited in the waiting area and finally decided to go outside where the service advisor said ?oh i have your car ready, just have to finish some paperwork.? I?m not sure how long my car had been ready and if he was going to even tell me it was ready. I felt the customer service was horrible and will not be returning.

Our service manager Leticia was very kind and responsive, however when I picked up my car for service there were grease footprints on my light tan floor mat and carpeting. And a smudge of grease on the new light tan visor that was installed that morning as well. She has offered a mini detail service. Still waiting on how to go about getting this. This should never happen. Careless service person in my opinion.

It wasn't good I was told by your service department that my warranty did not exist I called the warranty company the following Monday and verified that yes indeed my warranty was good. So that leads me to believe that no one from your dealership bothered to actually contact the warranty company.

This 2022 Nissan Altima with 3,200 miles was brought in to our shop for a routine pm service. During the serice the non certified Nissan technician noticed an a/c leak on a crimped a/c hose. We took it to the dealer who could not verify the leak. Their Nissan master technican stated nothing was wrong. I had to send two non Nissan certified technicians to the dealer to show them where the a/c leak was.

The work done on my vehicle was good and they found some additional issues separate from the issue it was brought in for. The lower rating is for the poor communications and scheduling around this service visit. The appointment was made ten days out and when the vehicle was dropped off there was no mention of delays working on it. I had to initiate the call the following day on the status of the vehicle. I was told that there was a backlog and they did not know when they would get to my vehicle even though I had made an appointment ten days in advance. They did offer a rental car which was not needed. I questioned the poor communications and spoke with the service manager who agreed that I should have been contacted. It was a week before the vehicle was looked at with no further updates until then. It was another several days to get parts and do the work. The work done on the vehicle was very good and the poor communications and scheduling are the reasons for the lower rating.

Purchased my car a year and a half ago and my car has been in the shop a few times for sensors and it's never fixed. I took my vehicle for an oil change and a shaking tire and told I no longer have free oil changes and the tire never fixed. When purchasing the car I received free oil changes for 3 years with no amount given, then to have the service advisor try and be rude and say other than what was told to me. Beware and read all the unlining garbage!!

I had my Fiancee take my car in to get it serviced and it came back with a huge, deep scratch on the trunk that was not there before. It looks like someone had something on the trunk and dragged it off. I have been trying to contact the dealership about it and have not heard anything from them. Very frustrating considering I Bought the car brand new from this dealership and had no issues on the sales side. Just having issues on the service side of things.

Started the day talking to Jonavis about the car that I spotted online. Told him what time I would be there and he was there available and waiting for me. Thank you Ira for your time and professionalism. —— Original 1-star review: Absolutely awful experience. I drove up and had to wait an additional 10 minutes past my appointment time (that I already scheduled a week beforehand). I needed an oil change and then an inspection on my Rogue because something was rattling. The tech (?) that I interacted with, Ivan Retana Santos, was incredibly unprofessional throughout the entire experience. He had an AirPod in one ear, spoke incredible quietly and quickly, and said very little whenever he did speak. Never made eye contact. He asked me if I was planning on staying in the waiting room and I told him yes. He said he would be back “shortly” to give me an update on my car. Over TWO HOURS went by and I never got any information. I had to literally call the google maps phone number for the place and then get an update on my car through that route. After THREE HOURS of waiting (they didn’t have an update when I called at the 2hr mark), I FINALLY got an update on my car, saying that it was going to need $4000 worth of repairs. Absolutely not. I can get that done way cheaper anywhere else. THEN I had to wait for my car to be finished with an unrequested car wash??? I ended up being at the dealership for close to four hours. Complete waste of time and I was late for work. There’s no reason that it should take four excruciatingly long hours for an appointment that I called ahead and scheduled a week beforehand. If it’s even going to take that long, at LEAST give me some kind of heads up that says “Hey, this is going to take longer than an hour.” I shouldn’t have to CALL after two hours of radio silence in an incredibly uncomfortable waiting room. Horrible experience and I will absolutely not be recommending this dealership to anyone.

Went in for an oil change, was offered to fixed a recall part and was told it would be about 2 hours. At about 2.5 hours I asked how much longer, I was told they were cleaning it and it would be right out. At 3 hours another employee checked on the status of my car. At 3.5 hours I was finally given my car back. It was not cleaned as they claimed to be doing, dirty rags were left in my car. The attendant offered me her car and a free oil change next time. The last time I had an oil change preformed at this location it was also over 2 hours dispute having an appointment. They never reset the computer in my car so the dashboard is still saying I need maintenance on my tires and oil filter.

I drove a little further to take my car to Nissan Tempe to have it serviced due to the horrible service at Nissan Chandler. When I arrived I was greeted by a service tech though he wasn’t the one I had an appointment with. He assured me my tech would be right with me and about 5 minutes later I was greeted again by my service tech. She listened and wrote down my concerns, assured me she would check with the extended warranty company for all repairs and let me know if there covered before the repairs. Later she called me to let me know the warranty covered everything except the diagnostic fee which she shared the total cost. A few days later after our vacation we picked up my car that had been washed well and experienced the same friendly service. The cost was exactly what she shared on the phone, no surprises, like I had experienced at the other dealership time and time again. I will definitely be driving a little further out to receive the excellent service I received at Nissan Tempe.

Detailing did well as the car came out clean. It had a crack in the windshield when I went to view it that they didn’t bother to replace before giving me the keys. When my main salesman called I heard a “well I don’t remember seeing that”. Tammy wasn’t really involved, just wanted her name on the sale. She avoided my questions, was quick to pass us off, and filled out my paperwork incorrectly giving me a very high APR. Luckily, Max G was helpful, attentive, and understanding. I’d recommend Max G. for anyone looking for used cars. Thanks to Max, this rating is a 3 and not a 1.

Tammy my sales person was great but the lady that did my financing was a very rude person and I mean extremely rude. When I let her know that I changed my mind about extended warranty she got a really bad attitude and kept trying to force me to take it and I honestly believe that she took money from me (cash) but I can't prove it. I paid with 10,0000 cash and I looked down at my phone while she was counting and when the counting was done I was 960 short. After she started counting she stopped and went to get a witness but t he is happened before the witness showed up. I Can't prove it but I truly think it is possible she did it. I will never ever be buy another car from there as long as she is working there.

This was my first time going to this Nissan location. I scheduled for service online, which was pretty simple to do. It was followed up with text message confirmation and a reminder of my appointment. When I got to the site, I was instantly greeted and met my service advisor, Danny. On the day of the service Danny assured me I would have a shuttle both ways. He said the work would take about 2 hrs and he would send a shuttle. Well 10,11, 12 passed I called, got the voice mail, 1,2, passed. i got a Sales number she walked out and checked with him. He finally called back and asked if I wanted a shuttle. 'Dah" It came 45 mins later.Once there I did not see any back up of cars. I'm 88 yrs and did not have anyone else to pick me up that day. My husband has had 2 strokes, one daughter disable from a stroke and one that has MS. Yet he seemed to be loading other people in that shuttle just happened to overlook me.

*** Service department ** I've had to take my car in twice to the service department here at AutoNation Nissan Tempe. The first time they excused everything I took my car in for. (They had my car for 2 weeks) The communication is terrible. No callbacks. No one answers The phone, no loaner cars. I know I wasn't the only person because there was many people standing around upset waiting for their cars to be fixed. Even oil changes took forever according to another customer. At least let me know that it's going to be there for a while or something. Looks like the service department avoids you. Multiple phone calls, messages and no one ever calls me back. You literally have to find somebody. I've owned the car for a month and the vehicle's been in there for three out of those four weeks. I didn't want to rate them one star but that's the minimum you can do.

Had an oil change, tire rotation and air filter replaced. I marked my tires so when they rotate them I can change to my other rims and tires - the technician that did the work proceeds to write "COOL" on my black rims with a gold gel ink pen - I'm still trying to get it completely off! What in his mind makes him think that he is allowed to do anything to a customer's car other than to perform the duty giving!? I find this behavior rude and concerns me about what else he done to my car! I won't be back ever for anything!

Emilio is the worst service advisor!!! Do not take your car here if you want an honest place for repairs. No one answers the phones, except sales of course. No one, not even managers will ever call you back and you will be lied too directly to your face. Do not waste your time, it will be weeks until you get your car back, and you’ll never know when because no one will ever call you back. Horrible experience, do not give them your business!!!! Find another Nissan!!!! Update 11/21/22- I have never once received any type of call from management even though they said they would contact me after my last review. Surprise, surprise I got ZERO response. This is the WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!! Do NOT give them your money, unless you’re looking to be scammed, ignored and lied too!

My daughter did her homework regarding trading her car in before the equity ran out she wanted to go to Toyota Auto Nation. I observed my daughter handle her business, We were introduced to Cole who is a FANTASTIC SALES ASSOCIATE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. After speaking with my daughter he began to take over, a test drive then we waited while he went to talk to his sales managers and finance manager. What made this experience SO AMAZING! This last appointment for an oil change was not the best. My wait was 2 hours with an appointment scheduled and my plate in the front of my car was bent and very noticeable. When I brought it up to my advisor Sarah she looked at it and said we can take it off and bend it back. There was no apology, trying to figure out what happened or even any empathy.

Your service department and service advisor was amazing. Extremely helpful like always and friendly. Sara was attentive to our needs and very professional. I will only return for vehicles services if she is there to help us. The only negative thing that I experienced was; during the time of my visit, walking throughout the dealership not one person ever asked me if I needed anything or if I had any questions about anything. That's not good customer service at all. I did relay that to my service advisor. She said that she would make a supervisor aware of it. Leaving this review in hopes that someone will finally return my call/voicemail. Took my car in for an oil change a couple weeks ago and they tried to nickel and dime me throughout the entire process. They even charged me $3 for wiper fluid, which they’re supposed to top off for free with an oil change. Never received a diagnostic sheet when I went to pick my car up, so I have no idea if any of what they told me was wrong with my car was even actually wrong, or if it was just to try to get me to spend more money. I also asked them to look into an issue with my speakers that I’m having and that was left totally untouched. They also didn’t reset whatever the system is in my car that alerts me when I need tire/oil service so every time I get in my car I get these annoying notifications I have to acknowledge or they stay on my screen. Very disappointed in the service I received. Paid damn near $300 for an oil change and a brake flush. Ridiculous. When I called and left a message asking someone from the service to department to call me back regarding the above concerns, I never heard back.

First off, this place deserves more than 5 stars, so I am actually rating it 10 stars & here's why! I will be forever grateful to AutoNation Nissan Tempe for the best car experience I have ever had in my entire life! The team there is absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable & they 100% went above & beyond for me yesterday & this is really what customer service is all about!! My experience with Rudy, DeAndray & Terry (their finance guy), was exceptional & if you want to find out why (in detail), please read my VERY thorough in depth review of this outstanding dealership!!! (About 4 mins to read). Sorry, I'm just a very detailed, thorough person! 😂 After totaling my car Thursday, 10/27/22 (a Honda CRV), I needed to get a new car by the end of the weekend. I looked online at their inventory of used cars & found 2 that I was interested in. I called & spoke to Rudy, who informed me they were in stock, so I immediately headed there. I arrived at 9:30 am, & was greeted by him & DeAndray. I was very impressed with not only how clean this place was, but how pleasant each and every salesperson is! DeAndray went on the 2 test drives with me. Not only is he a newer employee, he's also young & holy cow was I extremely impressed by him!! He was very thorough on explaining the key features of the cars & I absolutely loved that about him! As I mentioned, I am a very detailed person myself so that stood out to me about him. After test driving both cars (one was a Kia Sorrento SUV & the other a Nissan Sentra, both in Silver), I explained to them what I liked & didn't like about them. After explaining all of that in depth, I, (or I guess all 3 of us), came to the conclusion that my next car HAD to be an SUV & HAD to have a backup cam just like my Honda CRV had! We then started talking about other models that I would be interested in. We then went to the sales office & went over a list on the computer of the inventory of nearby AutoNation dealerships & I found an SUV I was definitely interested in, but unfortunately, it was waiting on a part, so it wasn't going to be ready until Tuesday & obviously I couldn't wait that long to buy a car. We kept searching & then Rudy saw a Ford Escape Titanium (top of the line & fully loaded with TONS of extra features) that I automatically fell in love with, not only from the pictures, but the mileage, the price & all those extra high end features it had! My dream car! It was all the way at a dealership in Chandler, but I was willing to wait as long as I had to for this car. After about 45 mins, I was told it was in stock & still available, so off we went! We drove from Tempe to Chandler & after a long morning/early afternoon of searching & searching, I found it! My Ford Escape. When I saw it in person, I got emotional & cried, but these were tears of happiness!! (Mind you, I've been an emotional wreck since my major car accident just 2 days prior). I absolutely loved my Honda CRV that I had for a short 4 years & I honestly didn't think I would ever be this excited over another car ever again, but I was! From the time I arrived up to when I left, I was there a total of 6.5 hours yesterday & that was my choosing & I didn't care one bit. I absolutlely njoyed my time there. I chatted a LOT with DeAndray that day & I know I took up a ton of his time that day & he made this experience one I will never forget. Im off work on weekends, so this was what I planned on doing all yesterday. I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision & I wholeheartedly know that I did!

Had a worst service experience with rep Ivan. My car was left about 11 am on 10/26/2023 for a diagnostic of a AWD indicator shows up on my Rouge. He said takes couple of hours, do you want to wait or leave the car. For 2 days there is no response to my calls 29 calls. End up going there to check, he coolly says we have line up cars for service. This guy and over all experience with Auto Nation of Tempe Nissan was horrible. I decided even to cancel my reservation for new ARYA that booked year ago, based on my experience. I never want to do business with this dealer.

Nissan AutoNation Tempe- Sales - I had an excellent interaction right from the beginning with Jake. He is very transparent and honest - something to be appreciative of. There was another option for a used car with a higher asking price but Jake was very forthright on the pros and cons. Decision making was easy! The whole process was simple and very simple. I would recommend Autonation Nissan for their cars. Car: I purchased a Nissan Sentra. Very good car to drive and good stability. Good features. Service: The first service after purchase would be due in 6 months. So will update. But in my opinion should be hassle free since the service is right there. Takes about an hour or two but good seating area

I dropped in with no appointment to get my tire pressure checked. I received an email notification reminder that I needed tires replaced. The service rep checked to see if the two tires I needed were in stock. They were! I then asked if my tires could be replaced that day knowing that i didn't have an appointment. She told me yes, she could squeeze me in. She worked her magic and did just that. My tires were replaced and my car washed. I was very pleased and grateful.

Very disappointing service experience. Boyfriend brought my vehicle in for a tire repair; my tires have a 24 month warranty through Nissan. Service advisor told him that since the vehicle wasn’t purchased through that specific dealership, they can’t honor the warranty, which is not correct. Having worked at dealerships, I understand that this kind of repair is not profitable for the service writer. But it is still part of the job. I’m sure Tempe Nissan would want the dealership I purchased my tires and vehicle at, to honor the warranty if one of their customers required a repair while out of town, rather than turn them away based off laziness. Brought the vehicle back after confirming with my regular service department and was told this time by the advisor that they would need the warranty phone number to do the repair. Don’t know if this is poor training or laziness, but would think most NISSAN service advisors would know how to call NISSAN to check on a warranty. Really ridiculous and a waste of my time.

Since it's AutoNation, he has access to all the vehicles at any AutoNation dealership (it's just a coincidence that we ended up with a Nissan). 2nd car with AutoNation. As always a great experience. People are very nice and polite to us. Answered my many questions too. Got a fare price with how the car market is now and a fair trade on my other vehicle. I will have all my service done with yhem and will return when we get another vehicle. I worked with Cole a great guy. A few months later and i need to update. I still love my Frontier. The service is not what it used to be. The old service mgr. I think was Michael and took great care of me when they broke my windshield putting on a new mirror. After getting it back i noticed my paint was damaged by replacing the windshield. They repainted the top of the cab. Im not happy that i dont have original paint but accidents happen. About 6 weeks later i noticed the paint bubbling in one area. I went back and the new service manager basically told me that they did me a favor fixing it so i didn't have to claim it on my insurance. That was the last straw. Not acceptable it happened on your property your hired help. To make matters worse it is now being painted a 3 TIME. who would call this acceptable at all. I spent my time and lossed income having to come back now 3 TIMES to repaint my truck. Needless to say i am not happy and im sure no one would be either.

Upon arrival I was greeted with respect and dignity by Max who originally spoke with my daughter who originally communicated with Max, via online and phone, and was then forwarded to Garrett, Max’s manager. The interaction with these gentlemen was superb and they exuded the customer service from their training and the leadership of Garrett; Max was a joy. I was advised as to the status of the car and each step of the process. All the details of the transaction were presented and completed as promised and I have NEVER been treated so nice while buying a car. It was my best experience EVER! To complete the financial portion, Fabian, was too such a gentleman and respectful. He understood that nothing could be done without my daughter’s direction, she takes good care of me, and worked patiently to complete the transaction, again, with respect and professionalism. I was happy they would actually look at the car since most other places would not, claiming it would be a month before they could. However, they would never answer their phone or return my calls. Took them 4 business days before they did. It was only a dead battery and they charged me quite a bit just to tell me that. Wouldn’t jump my car, so I and a friend had to do it. They also lost my keys and gave me keys to someone else’s vehicle. I found the key in the car and was able to jump it. Really bad this time compared to other times I have been there

I had a battery issue today. I called service department to come in exchange battery and was told be there by 5:00pm. When I arrived spoke to a unknown service tech told me the attendants left at 2. I asked if I could leave my vehicle until Monday and get rental. He said no rentals available and since independent owned can not call another Nissan dealer for me. When I left my engine light came on and hoped for best to drive 45 minutes home. I felt I was treated very poorly and disrespected. He had very poor customer service. I hope no one else receives this type of customer service.

Terrible terrible customer service. It took a week to hear back from my technician about what was going on with my vehicle. I had to call everyday. Nobody answers the phone. I had to call the sales department just to speak to someone. They left my technician notes and emails and he still didn't get back to me. They need to hire someone to answer the phones or at the least have a way to leave a voicemail and listen to the voicemails.

I’ve been bringing my 2013 Rogue to Autonation Nissan Tempe since I bought it. I had an appointment Monday morning at 7:00 am to have an airbag light checked. I dropped my car off Sunday night and called on Monday at 9:00 am. The phone rang and rang with no answer. I called back 4 times and wasn’t able to speak to anyone. Autonation has always been good about getting our car back the same day. I was frustrated so I left work and drove down there. The advisor Danny gave me his card and told me the car hadn’t been looked at yet. I called back at 5:00 and Danny’s phone kept going to voicemail. I had to leave work and drive down a SECOND time. Danny told me it wouldn’t be looked at today. He promised it would be first thing tomorrow and he would call me as soon as it was looked at to give me a quote. Well by 11:00 am tomorrow no one had called and I couldn’t get through on the phone. I had to drive down a THIRD time. Danny brought out his supervisor who told me my car was still a few hours away from being looked at. No one was apologetic. No one seemed to care I had been a loyal customer for 9 years. No one seemed to mind I had to borrow a family member’s car to get around town. No one seemed to care I had to leave work 3 times to check the status of my car. No one offered a loaner. And Danny had mysteriously disappeared. Such a shame. You LOST a loyal customer today Autonation. As I mentioned my car is 9 years old. Guess where I won’t be buying my next car?

Service department is grossly understaffed. Day started off poorly, needed to wait nearly 30 minutes just to complete check on for drop off. Dropped car off at 8am requesting advisor to reach out with any service recommendations beyond oil change. At 3:30pm had still not heard anything and tried to reach someone at the dealership. Phone calls either looped through automated system and hung up. Was able to reach somebody from sales on the phone who just transferred me to voicemail or back to the automated phone system. Tried to contact someone through chat on the website, not available for sevice. Tried chatting with someone from sales to get through, several people ended my chat without resolution. At 4:45 I finally received a call from the service advisor indicating that the car was ready for pickup. What? I had requested a call to discuss any additional services that may be needed. Picked up my vehicle shortly after 5pm and found that the rear window had been left down when it went through the car wash. Back seat was soaked!

Terrible customer service. I took my car to them two weeks ago for a key system alert. They didn't call me once to update me. I had to call almost everyday to attempt to get an update. And most days nobody answered the phone, even though I'd call 3-6 times. The only time I'd actually get to speak to someone is when I'd call the salespeople. And one person said they'd leave a note for my technician, and two of them sent me to his direct line, and I'd leave a voicemail but still wouldn't hear back. When I did finally get a chance to talk to someone in Service, he said my technician wasn't working that day (so does that mean my car wasn't touched that day?) And he said he'd leave my technician an email. When I finally got a hold of my technician (thanks to someone in Sales) I asked if he got the email or note. He said he gets too many emails, so he isn't sure and he had a big stack of notes. So maybe mine was in there. I understand being understaffed. I understand being busy and unable to answer the phone. But to not update me for so long when I'm trying to get a hold of someone is just ridiculous. They need a better system of how they communicate. Hire someone to answer the phones. Actually check your voicemails and emails. Or have an option to even leave a voicemail, because the number I dialed would ring and ring, and then eventually hang up on you after several tries. Just got my car back today and it's been two weeks. Will not be going back.

Michael in the parts department helped me get a sun visor replacement for my 2015 Nissan Sentra. I enjoyed talking with him about our day. Considering all that is going on in the world today, sometimes just talking to someone and getting a different perspective gives you a better view of your horizon. On the way out Brandon in the service department answered a question I had about my car, he also had great customer service. Having excellent customer service ensures that I feel that my needs are being met. Our salesman Jack did not waste our time attempting to up sell us since we went to see a specific vehicle. He insured that our car was spotless . There was a warning light on the dash . I had to bring the car back and was given a loaner vehicle to drive so that that could be fixed. ( It was a misaligned bracket that caused the sensor to go off) . Despite that , all has gone well with our experience.

Visiting AutoNation Nissan was completely horrible and I am definitely never going there again nor would I recommend anyone use them for service on their vehicle. For such a bad experience, I wouldn’t even purchase a vehicle there either. I setup an appointment for Wed, Aug 3rd to get 3 things serviced, back door lift gate passenger window Driver door key handle piece that fell off Upon dropping off the vehicle, the service advisor, Carlos asked IF the car needed to stay overnight, was that ok with us, however never mentioned that for our vehicle issue, it would be 2-3 days for just a diagnostic. We never heard from them on Wednesday so we drove to Auto Nation to get feedback in person and that is when another service advisor (can’t remember the name) disclosed that it would be a 2-3 day minimum to just figure out the issues of the car so they could call our car warranty and see what was covered. We then asked for a loaner vehicle because it was then that we realized, we’d be without a vehicle for the next few days.The service advisor said there were no loaner vehicles so we then asked if we could take the vehicle until they were ready for it and they said that IF we took it, the clock would reset only to wait another 2-3 days for a diagnostic. After providing no solutions or offering any other help, we felt like we had to comply and left the car there another day. The following day (Thursday) I received a phone call at 4:13pm and it was Carlos telling me what was wrong with my vehicle which was a validation of the issues I had described above. He then proceeded to tell me that they still needed to call the vehicle warranty to see what was covered so we’d know if there were any out of pocket expenses. I waited the entire next day (Friday) to hear back from him. He called at 2:24pm to provide an update and told me that only the lift gate was covered through warranty and all other fixes would be approx $250 out of pocket. I told him to proceed with the lift gate and I would talk to my husband about the other 2 issues that were out of pocket. I asked how soon the lift gate could be fixed and be assured me that by end of day Friday, it could be fixed. I asked him for assurance and when he placed me on a brief hold, he then came back to tell me that the mechanic working on our vehicle was gone for the day so the soonest they would work on it was Monday. I asked for him to please assure us that we would have our vehicle by end of day Monday and Carlos assured me it would be ready. I then, called the dealership all day Monday AND Tuesday and every option I selected (service, parts and sales), rang and looped back to the main line. NOBODY PICKED UP, NOBODY! Not even an option to leave a message. I received no call or message from anyone at AutoNation Nissan. We were upset to say the least, so again, we drove to the dealership to find out what was going on with our car because mind you, it’s been a week at this point. As soon as my husband walks up to service, Carlos is standing around doing nothing, he notices my husband and he starts walking the opposite direction. My husband calls for him and asks for our keys. At this point, we are ready to take our vehicle home, serviced OR not. Carlos tells my husband that he needs to check because he thinks our car “may not be put together.” He comes back and the car had NOT BEEN TOUCHED. He then tells us that we should have called and my husband tells him that we’ve been calling with no luck and the right thing to do in CUSTOMER SERVICE is to reach out to your customer (which he did not for 2 days). He then tells us that we would have to pay $160 for the diagnostic which we refused to pay because they did NOTHING to our vehicle. Carlos then tells my husband that they are just busy and he has about 30 mad customers, like us. He also told him that he was happy to call us back when things calmed down and they were “less busy”. We left the dealership with our vehicle after a week and NO work complete. NEVER going back to this dealer nor would I recommend to anyone!

I thought this dealership was on the up and up. I bought a used car from them and financed 1/2 of it. The finance person told me that it would be through Chase at the percentage rate that is on the paperwork. After 3 weeks got a letter from Mechanics Bank saying they bought my auto finance from auto nation nissan tempe. I guess the car dealership gets a kickback on my financing. I tried calling the finance person, no response. Never trust anyone.

Sleazy service department. Do not use them. We used this dealership to buy out our lease for my wife’s car. They offered us oil changes for the life of the loan for an extra $1/m. I had my wife schedule an oil change, when she she dropped it off she inquired about an AC recharge. They told her they didn’t have time for it but if she left the car it would be a $150 diagnostic. She declined. 25 minutes later I get a voicemail from Ivan who checked my wife in, he said the car suddenly started smoking and leaking he said they need the car over night. Mind you, the car we bought new and has never had an issue. I called back to inquire and he said “your wife mentioned the AC, well coolant was puddled and it was steaming/smoking” I said “wait, engine coolant or freon?” He said “well both systems are connected, we will need it overnight to diagnose”…. I declined and said please change the oil and I will pick it up. He said “the car would be dangerous to drive” We arrive and the car now has a check engine light for the first time… we get it home and the coolant overflow tank was empty, I pulled the code and it was for overheating. There was no splash or steam on the underside of the hood, however some fresh wet coolant was on some of the lower hoses. I refilled with proper coolant and the car is perfect again. These guys were so sleazy that when getting caught in a lie, they emptied coolant from the system to cause a check engine light before we picked it up. They can shove their $1 oil changes where the sun doesn’t shine. We will never be back.

I bought a used car online from them since I live in a different State. The sales person Mayu was fabulous but the finance person, Mr. BAILEY HUGGINS snuck in an extended warranty despite me EXPLICITLY and in writing asking him not to. He also tied the interest rate to this package which is TIED SELLING and is highly illegal in all 50 states. I requested to cancel the warranty after I found out there is no autonation within 100 miles from where I live. The finance person ghosted me as I kept trying to cancel my warranty. Finally, I was able to get a sales manager on the phone and he agreed to cancel the warranty. It’s been more than 90 days since I signed the cancellation document, and the amount for the extended warranty STILL hasn't been credited towards the principal balance of my loan. The car has also had transmission problems since day 1 of receiving it and trying to get it fixed has been a nightmare. I would absolutely not recommend this place as they will try every dirty play in the book. If you are looking for a car at this place just walk away. It's not worth ever dealing with this dealership.

Service department is slow in more ways than one. 3.5 hours for a 40-45 min oil change. No sorry for the extra long wait, just go pay us $60 now. I had told the attendant that my splash guard was hanging and needed clips. Assured me they would clip it up. After 3.5 hr oil change, the guard was still hanging. What are these so called specialists doing? Don't they see a splash guard hanging? I can see it when it's not lifted. I come to a dealership because they are suppose to take care of the vehicle better than a normal shop. Not these guys. Avoid this dealership all together. If you are not offering me free service, I'm not coming back. I refuse to pay for incompetence. So please don't respond with a fake apology. I can see you are good at this. But not good enough to trick me into spending another dollar with you.

From the day that I purchased my Rogue in October, I have been trying to schedule service work (both warranty and installation of OEM parts & accessories). For reasons I will never understand, my service advisor (Danny) will not return my calls (I've left him countless voice messages). Finally, I drove to the dealership to see him in person Monday last week to tell him face-to-face what I wanted and needed to have done. He promised to call me and tell me what the work I wanted done would cost. For the last week...crickets from him. WTF?! Also he was clueless as to a Nissan service bulletin that was issued more than 2 months ago to fix roof leaks (which I have). My Rogue is the 9th Nissan I have owned in my life. I like the vehicle, but my ownership experience so far has been abysmal. Oh, I also believed the email I received from your dealer GM indicating if I had any issue with my ownership experience to contact him directly. I did that, and surprise, surprise...no response from him either. My next step will be taking my vehicle to a dealership much closer to my home. My experience anywhere else could not be any worse than what I've suffered through with AutoNation Nissan, Tempe.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I've had a horrible experience the last 4 visits here at this dealership service department. I have been coming here for over 3 years and it has progressively gotten worse every visit. I came in to get new tires and an oil change and waited 6 hours even though I had the earliest appointment available and arrived 15 minutes early, then they over charged me on top of that. Fast forward to my next visit, I had a small leak in the tire so I made an appointment and came in last Wednesday, 10/20. They took my car back and later came out to tell me the warranty was going to cover 2 new tires because they were non-repairable. They had to be ordered so I was told to come back at a later date. Came in on Saturday, 10/23. Was told they had the tires but couldn't get the claim approved to cover the labor because it was the weekend. Got told I was going to get a call back Monday, 10/25 and I never did. I called 10/26 and was told by the service manager that they got everything handled to come in tomorrow and I would be worked on right away since my service case was still open. I got here at 8:10am and just got told at 10:45am they are barely going to start working on my vehicle, this was only communicated to me after I went looking for an update! AutoNation please tell your employees they need to communicate progress on vehicles hourly! COMMUNICATION IS KEY AND THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE ANYTHING UNLESS YOU GO LOOKING!This is especially important if the customer is waiting for the vehicle and it is something that has gone over the time frame that was originally discussed! I will definitely be recommending people to stay away from this service department unless they have endless hours to wait on something simple that should only take 2hours! My advisors were Derek and Rafael.

Went through Costco auto buying. Worked with Johnovis Rodriguez who was the Costco rep at Tempe Nissan. Waited 3 weeks for our vehicle to come in and then he would not give us the Costco price. He lied and said they don't do that anymore and they do !! Checked with Costco myself. Management would not honor our agreement. These people are bait and switch would Never go there. Johnovis lied three different times to us and management backed him.

I want to explain the absolute HORRIBLE experience we had at this dealership. We finally found this 4Runner after looking for a while and were so excited. I found it online and immediately called and was told they just got it in. We went there knowing we couldn't test drive it because they hadn't done their inspection. We looked around and liked everything so we went ahead and put the deposit down and started paperwork. We were told it would be ready in about 5 days. They finally called me when we were on vacation and said it was ready. This was 2 weeks later. We said we couldn't get the car until we got back. We got back on Monday and then I took Tuesday off to go get the car. We go in and talk to our salesman Skyler who tells us everything is ready to go and hands us the keys. We said we haven't filled out paperwork yet. He said we did and we said no we didn't. So they go find the manager and tells the finance guy. We sit there about 45 minutes and finally go in the room to fill out paperwork. He keeps asking us all these questions about why we didn't fill paperwork out before. Finally we are done and get the key. I get in the car and immediately notice there is a huge crack in the windshield. We let them know and Skylar told us they would replace. As we start on the freeway, the car starts shaking so bad that we think the tire is going to fall off or I'm going to crash. We get home and the next day take it to my brothers shop where he said the balance and rotation was completely off. Then we notice the screen on our car is not calibrated. At this point we don't even want the car anymore. We call and talk to Skyler and he apologizes and says we can take it to Toyota where is it under warranty for the screen and they will fix it. They sent a company to our home to replace the windshield. Then we go to Toyota and they call us to tell us its not under warranty and they aren't going to fix it. Keep in mind we have had the car for a week and have all of these issues after they had it for 2.5 weeks. When you buy a car whether it is used or not basic functions should be done! We shouldn't have had to deal with all of this when buying a car. The finance guy whose name is Tyler calls us and tells us the car is not under their warranty and we are basically SOL because we didn't buy their Platinum package. He was completely rude and unprofessional the entire time. I have never dealt with such a horrible person in my life. Naturally we are upset because they are now not fixing the screen for my car so I am explaining this to Tyler who then acts like he can't hear me and keeps being a complete jerk. Saying well your the mechanic why would you take it to a shop for an alignment. Just completely unprofessional. He kept interrupting me as I was talking so I finally asked for a manager and Tyler then tells me that I can't speak to one and need to call back in 30 min to an hour. I said no I want to speak to one now because you are rude, and unprofessional and then tells me well you can't talk to one and he has customers to take care of. I am so beyond upset I hang up. I will never bey a car from this place. They told us our screen would be covered and it wasn't. We trusted the dealership because they should sell a car in normal functioning order. Skylar doesn't know what he is doing. He never called us back we always had to call him, he kept forgetting about our extra key we purchased and said our screen would be covered and then it was passed the 5th day to return the car and its not covered. Tyler should not be in Customer Service at all. HE was the absolute worst person blaming everything on us and taking 0 responsibility for the issues we were going through. Couldn't give 0 stars or I would.

Derek in the service department is an absolute angel! I was having the most stereotypical "Monday" of recent months with one bad thing after another, including my battery dying when I tried to leave work for my lunchbreak. Trying to check if my battery was under warranty still or not, an place that could fix it as quickly/cost effectively as possible, coordinating a tow through my insurance, all while at work initially had me frazzled (and probably a tad sassy) but working with Derek made it a breeze. He went above and beyond honestly - he handled me on the phone + the tow truck drop off, honored the battery warranty even though I was ~a tad~ over the mileage limit for the original, and made it so easy to pick up my car after work (even though that department had closed) all I had to do was sign my name. Honestly almost cried I was so relieved/happy, his customer service turned my day around.

Was told by the salesman my wife’s car was going to be delivered so we drove 2/1/2 hour’s. Only to find out they had no clue where the vehicle was. Then 5 hours later after doing all the paperwork we left. Now it’s been a week and they still haven’t delivered the car. They’ve had it at the dealership for a week. Won’t return a single phone call no one. Completely ghosted!!!

I found out about Auto Nation Nissan. true my Sam's Club auto buying program, my home town Nessan Dealer does not support this program. after I sign up, I receved a text offering me help to find the car that I was looking for. that was Nikolos Gingrich with who I deal true the whole process and also Robert Hill who help me too,they were awesome. Everyone in the service department was very helpful, kind, and friendly. I specifically worked with Mike and Cody, who were really great, but everyone there acted like they cared. They got me taken care of quickly. They were also very responsive whenever I asked for updates, calling me whenever something new was happening, I think because they could tell I was anxious to hear about what was going on. Every time they gave me a time frame about when work would be happening, they seem to have been telling the truth, not underestimating like most mechanics I've been to before. They really seemed to care that my car issues were actually resolved, and had a car available to rent while they did the work that actually fit my whole family (something else that is not very common). While I hope I don't need their help again for a long time, I would definitely go here again if I do.

I was shopping for a Nissan Rogue and over email communication I felt good about the dealership. When I showed up for my appointment it was another experience entirely. I was told one thing over email and encountered a salesman who shut down after telling him what I was looking for. He showed me Versa Hatchbacks and just as small Jukes after telling him directly I was looking for a midrange SUV. He then said he had nothing and seemed to avoid eye contact and barely ended our interaction with a decent business goodbye. No follow up on other Rogues he said were in stock. Just overall felt pushed aside. Luckily found a Rogue from another welcoming dealership.

Avoid this dealership with extreme prejudice. I don’t even know where to start. This is the worst experience I have ever had in any retail, restaurant, or any other place where customer service should be practiced. Back story: I was involved in a car accident and our main reliable vehicle was totaled. We were not planning on this situation so our funds are very limited for a down payment. We were only able to scrape together 1000. We were looking for vehicles with 3 rows as we have 4 kids, and low price/payment to stay within our budget. My wife found a vehicle that she was interested in and did the online application in advance. We were very upfront with our needs and the fact we had credit challenges. The sales person asked her to come in as she was sure they could get it done. My wife only asked that she pull the app and review with her Finance team as she didn’t want to spend several hours there only to be disappointed. So she goes in and like she feared after a couple hours they basically told her they couldn’t get the deal done without more down. Several days later we were able to get 500 more for the down payment and she called back and was told that would definitely be enough to get the deal done. Of course the car she liked was gone. So she finds another she likes and several hours later she is told they are not able to do the deal again as they need 3000 down now. So now she has been there 7-8 hours between the two visits. We felt absolutely worthless at this point. So a week passes and we look a few more vehicles but don’t end up moving forward. We are offered some help from family with the down payment and raise the $3000 that they requested. We reach back out to AutoNation and begin working with Levi, who is really the only person we met at this dealership who was kind to us. He brings a finance manager named Ashley Robinson in on the deal. We tell her we have the $3000 they requested but we were not able to offer any additional funds beyond that. She tells us we are good to go the vehicle my wife liked was still there. We explain clearly what we have experienced already with their dealership and are assured that this time it is all set up, all we need to do is sign the paperwork. We discuss that we have previously scheduled plans that evening and would need to be gone by 4:30. No problem they promise us. They then send my wife a email showing her approval, it outlined the terms, including down, interest rate, payment amount, etc. All the numbers completely laid out. We head down and Ashley doesn’t even bother to come out of her office to greet us, I guess we didn’t warrant that courtesy, she sent another sales rep as ours was busy with another couple. So they sit us down and we sign a good deal of paperwork and we are told finance will be out to get us and we can get the remaining paperwork done and be on our way. The sales guy takes the vehicle to fill it up with gas and have it detailed. Sometime later he pulls it up in the delivery area. All looks good. Then time to leave starts to creep closer. We are told they will be right out to get us they are just finishing up printing the paperwork. Finally at 4:15 we are greeted by Frank from finance. He proceeds to tell us there are a couple “snags” as he calls them and then breaks the news to my wife the price of the vehicle is to high per the finance company so we need to make up the remaining $1400 difference. So now they need $4400 down. My wife had all she could take and broke down right there at the table. Frank on the other hand handled the situation with zero professionalism and even less sensitivity. No one should ever be made to feel the way my wife was made to feel. After 3 visits and probably 11-12 total hours spent in their dealership they basically said tough luck, have a great day. I followed this absolute debacle with an email to Ashley, a manager at the dealership, the GM Mr. Bittinger, and Mr. Kwak who is the South Region Director. NONE OF THEM, had the courtesy to reply at all, more less actually apologize for the treatment my wife received. This is definitely the worst experience I have ever had in any place where I should be treated as a welcomed customer. If this is representative of how AutoNation does business then it escapes me how they remain in business.

I just purchased a 2019 Murano from Nikolos Gingrich at Auto Nation Tempe. I had a great experience buying the SUV. All my questions were answered plus Nik was very professional as well. I didn't feel pressured to purchase, which made me feel at ease when I was shopping for the SUV. Everyone there was so friendly and made my buying experience was totally awesome. My appointment time was perfect, saw greeted me and I was out of there in 10 minutes. AutoNation claims not to negotiate, they will a little bit. Their original quote sheet that they came up with was a no non-sense quote sheet, nothing hidden and showed all fees necessary to complete the lease which I really appreciated. It was still just a bit too expensive so I countered with exactly what I was willing to pay and after a little bit of non-confrontational back and forth, we agreed on the price of a lease for a Nissan Rogue. They helped me figure out how to get every possible discount on this car (college grad, how to use my Nissan One to One Rewards) and that got the price down to even less that I was willing to pay. They answered all questions from the finance, returning my current lease early and were very respectful. I was interested in the Rogue and Rogue Sport and the salesman was able to figure out that the Rogue would meet my needs perfectly and he hustled to get the car from the lot so we didn't have to wait all day, he didn't try to up sell me on a trim level that I couldn't afford which I really appreciated. The only negatives were that the showroom was not the nicest but when they are able to speed up the process, I don't care about not having recliners and refreshments. We spent most of the time there figuring out how to get Apple Car play work and figuring out how to get all of my documentation for Nissan's One to One Discount and College Discount to be applied properly.

I took my car in for an oil change and to have my tires rotates and their mechanic messed up the rotation causing my car to shake rapidly while driving. When I took it back in my tires had cracks due to the shaking. All they did was offer to charge me $600 for new tires. What a joke. They caused my tires to crack and then wanted to charge me to fix my tires. This is the worst shop I’ve ever been to.

Terrible experience. Do not go here. I went in for an oil change and they convinced me to rotate my tires. Worst decision. I left and my car was shaking and the steering wheel was wobbling. After a few days, I went back in and looked at the tires with the manager and we noticed they were significantly cracked due to the shaking. The mechanic who rotated my tires did not mention any cracking or issues with my tires. This is very dangerous to drive on and could have resulted in them blowing out and me getting in an accident. Now I have to pay $600 to get all my tires replaced when all I wanted was a simple oil change. I will never go back to this place.

I went in for a regular oil change and Troy convinced me to rotate my tires. After leaving the shop my steering wheel wobbles and the whole car shakes, which did not happen before. The manager Mike offered to look at my car and we both saw the front tires were clearly cracking from the shaking. He told me it shakes due to the cracking, yet there were no cracks or shaking prior to going to the shop. The mechanic that rotated my tires did not mention any cracks or issues with the tires either. Clearly the mechanic did not rotate the tires correctly which resulted in my car shaking and my tires cracking. This is very dangerous and my tires could of blown out while driving on the freeway and I could have gotten into an accident because of them. I am very disappointed by the service and for them ruining my tires. I now need to replace all four of my tires and this will cost me an additional $600. I will not go back to this dealership ever again.

A great car buying experience. One of the best options was the ability to reserve a car after viewing online. Justin and Carlos were awesome. They were very courteous and respectful. I made an appointment to see the car. We made a deposit and was promised the car would have all mechanical and detail work completed within 4 days. They exceeded expectations by having it ready for pick up earlier than expected.

I drove in with a bad battery and a recall for reprogramming the computer on my 2015 Altima. They took care of me pretty quick and got to working on my car. I waited about an hour and a half which is what they told me it would probably be. My battery was covered under warranty so I paid nothing and came out to a nice washed car and was on my way! Everyone was pleasant and would recommend this dealership.

Be aware of service at this dealership. My wife took a Murano in that was having problems with power and were told that it needed over $1000 of work. Since the vehicle had high mileage I explained to the service advisor that we didn't want to spend a lot of money unless they were sure they could fix it. He told me the technician was sure of his diagnosis. We paid, they said all was good and when we picked up the car it immediately lost power. When we called and complained they said bring it back in and then diagnosed it with another problem. This time they were convinced it would be fixed and our cost was $300. Again we picked it up and again the same issue happened. We called again and they said bring it back in. This time we didn't have the chance because the vehicle died near Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale. We had to have it towed to the dealership. They diagnosed the problem as a couple of parts that connected the wiring with the battery. The cost of those parts were about $60. They were replaced along with a systematic check up of the car which they found that the transmission needed to be flushed. We declined because we said that AutoNation Nissan in Tempe claimed they did that about 2 weeks ago. When I complained to service manager Mike Culbertson his response was, "you agreed to have the work done." When I asked him why all the work they provided at a cost of $1300.00 didn't help and the work Pinnacle Nissan did costing $390 he said, "I don't know I would have to ask them." I would never again trust this service department again.

Did not try to talk us into something we did not want. Great personality and full of integrity - this salesman deserves gold stars!!!! Then he handed us over to Finance - we worked with Kesha - another very knowledgeable and respectful employee. She presented us with all our options but did not high pressure us into anything. Brought my car in for a recall issue and was given a loaner car, no charge. While working on that the mechanic noticed a broken motor mount and replaced it at no cost to me. My car was washed, cleaned, and given a complete inspection, again, no charge. I?ve decided that the next car I buy will be purchased here primarily because of the excellent customer service.

Not only did I actually enjoy dealing with them.( I can't remember the last time I had fun buying a new car) they got me out of the dealership in record time. The sales person and Autonation were only interested in there commission check and selling a truck. An Autonation HORROR story. There Web site ad says - “The Nissan Dealer dedicated to your needs” I am writing in regards to a Titan truck purchased from your dealership. I visited this dealer and told them specifically I was looking for a pickup to pull a Fifth Wheel trailer we were going to use for travel. The sales person sold us a $37000. Titan pick up. He had no idea of our “needs”. It doesn’t work. It sits in our garage and our camper sits in a rented RV parking lot. The unit he sold has a 66” bed and we need a 78” bed. We did several things to try and make this work, special sliders on the hitch, special brackets and still have nothing to show for our efforts accept an empty bank account Our dreams of travel and camping went up in flames with our bank account. I have attached a copy of Autonation website – only they don’t practice what they preach. I will be taking this further, with legal assistance, and Blog, and TV help. I am looking for a refund so I can buy something that is right for the job.

I purchased my new 2017.5 Nissan Rogue SV from AutoNation Nissan Tempe a day before Thanksgiving. They were straight-forward and very easy to work with. I was at the dealership for a total of 2.5 hours from the time I arrived on site until I left the log with a brand new vehicle. A day later, I noticed a few scratches on the surface of my vehicle, and they told me to bring it in. They took care of it first thing in the morning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service from this dealership. I will be a repeat customer.

I would like to begin by saying that our experience in purchasing this vehicle was surprisingly pleasant. I say surprisingly because our experience in the past at other (unnamed) dealerships was not. I purchased my car through this dealership last year in Sept.I also purchased an extended warranty were I wouldn't pay for oil changes/ tire rotate and balance until I reached 100,000 miles. I brought it in for the oil changes and maintenance regularly as I am supposed to and never had a problem with the finances. I talked to them sometime last year when I brought it in for maintenance and asked them to check the front of the car. I noticed whenever I go over speed bumps you can hear it. (Not normal). They told me everything was fine. It is just the humidity. Umm ok. So.. Saturday I brought it in for my maintenance and asked them to check my battery and that I smelt antifreeze. My advisor was named Christian and he said they would check everything for me. I told him that everything is all under warranty as the car is brand new. He said ok. He called later that day and stated something is wrong with the axel and bushings and they will take care of it. (the issued I had last year when they told me it was just the humidity) I said ok. The shop closed at 5 and my husband and I called at 4:30 to let Christian know we were on our way. He said ok I will see you soon. I was expecting to talk to Christian when we got there so he could tell us what was going on. We got there at exactly 5. And Christian was NO where to be found. He had already left. Didn't tell me what was wrong with my battery, the smell of antifreeze nothing! The cashier (Cynthia I believe) told me my total was $66.67. I told her no. That I was told it was all under warranty. She went looking for Christian and of course he was gone. I checked my receipt and I was being charged for my oil change/tire rotate and balance. I told her I am not paying for it as I purchased the extended warranty. And because Christian was already gone she can't fix it. She got a manager and he told me to sign for the warranty work that they replaced. I am very disappointed on how Christian took care of this and how he left when he knew i was coming. Not professional at all! Will never have him as my service advisor again.

Not a happy customer. Purchased a Leaf electric vehicle 2 weeks ago. FIRST: Your sales guy couldn't find the second key for my vehicle so he assured me I'd get the second key promptly. After several days went by, I had to repeatedly try to make arrangements to get the second key. From Alan forgetting to call me back to giving me wrong times to come to the dealer when the key guy would be there, I had to finally talk to the manager who arranged for the key guy to make me a key. Ok, was willing to let that go, but SECOND: My sales guy told me that he would charge my vehicle while we were doing the paperwork but when it was time to drive off the lot, I was told the charger was occupied and Alan sent me to drive my new electric car home at 45% charged. THIRD: Nissan has an offer to get 2 years of free charging but the card was not activated correctly by the sales guy. I had to call EZ-Charge, and 4 other charging networks to get my card set up correctly. BOOOOO! Even after all that, I was still not going to leave a negative review until now a FOURTH STRIKE: My Leaf had a defective radio in it so the Service dept ordered a new one. I dropped my car off yesterday evening and Saul told me that my car would probably be ready by noon today. 4pm still no call so I call to find out what's going on. Saul tells me that the technician broke something when he tried to install the new radio and had to order the piece. The piece should be in tomorrow. UGGHHHH NOW I am frustrated. Why don't these people ever call me, why do I have to keep calling and hounding? Nissan AutoNation, you have terrible customer service. Train your staff to keep their word and communicate better with customers. I do love the car, but I may never buy another one from you!

@AutoNationNissanTempe scammed me when I bought my pre-owned car. I very much so DO NOT recommend this dealership for any services. I actually tell my friends, family, and acquaintances to AVOID doing business with them. They do not keep to their contract terms. I bought the service package for an additional price. In the contract terms it stated that I could cancel the service package less a fee and have the remaining monies refunded to my lender. I cancelled the service package later (within the contract terms) and I did it with their financing manager (or whoever you sit with to actually sign the finance agreement when you buy the car and who I was advised was the appropriate person). They never refunded the money to the lender, which cost me thousands! (Original Post from 07/26/2017) ----------- I recently wrote a review about how AutoNation Nissan Tempe does not hold to their contracts. They replied back to me asking me to call the General Manager, Bob Mitinger. I have called now and still days later I have not received a return phone call. I called again, and again was sent to voice mail. This is the same run around that I got when I first cancelled my service contract with them. They are not to be trusted! I repeat DO NOT TRUST THEM TO KEEP THEIR WORD, LEGALLY OR OTHERWISE. I have never experienced such poor customer service. 1 review 7/15/2017 I bought a 2014 Altima from this dealership 2 weeks ago, since then the brakes started squealing and my husband and I noticed chunks missing from the front drivers tire and the passenger tires. I made an appointment for 10:00 this morning, I was told it would take one hour to have everything done. One hour later I got a call from Christen telling me the tires are fine only need to be rotated and the brake pads need to be replaced. I told him to go ahead and replace the brake pads but the tire are not ok and they both need to be replaced. I told christen that I just got this car 2 weeks prior and he said he would get a hold of the manager and it would take 20 minutes. My husband called the dealer ship at 1:00pm and asked for the service manager, Jamie` got on the phone and said he was only replacing one tire and the brakes are fine. Turns out Jamie` is not the service manager, Mike Culbertson is the service manager. When we asked to talk to him we were told he is not in for the weekend. We feel that this vehicle is not safe and by law they have to sell me a safe car. we also feel that as soon as we told them we just bought the car now nothing is wrong with the car so that they would not have to pay to have the car fixed, even after they told me the brakes need to be replaced.

Initially, the transaction went very smoothly. I found a car that I loved at a great price. My sales representative showed us the loan terms and processed the deal very quickly. It's been two weeks since I've had my vehicle and it's been one disappointment after another. The car itself is still great, however, the service and follow up have left a lot to be desired. We were called back just two days after the sale and told that the loan terms would be completely different from what we had initially agreed to. While we understand this can have more to do with the lending organization than the dealer itself, we later learned from the lender that we had a better financing option that was not even made known to us. Also, the car had some minor dents in it that the dealer agreed to have fixed. We advised that we could only do this on the weekend due to work schedules and was told this would be no problem. However, when we were finally contacted about the service schedule (a week later as opposed to two days later as promised), it was advised that a weekday would work best for them. I have called back and left a message to remind them about our work schedule and seek alternate arrangements and have not heard back. However, I get an email twice a week reminding me to leave feedback. Well, here it is. Great deal. Great INITIAL service. Poor follow up. This transaction really has left us feeling that we were no longer important once our names were signed. Chances are we won't be looking to do business with them again.

Although my previous vehicles was costing me in repairs, it was still easier to repair than to purchase. I was extremely hesitant to go through the purchasing process. We bought a pre owned Nissan Roque at the Tempe location overall our experience was good. We bought the warranty and I brought the Roque to have it coated and scotchguarded. I called and spoke to Leo to set up an appointment for this to be done, even though our salesperson said just to bring it in no need for an appointment and it would only take about an hour at the most. Well, after talking to Leo in the service department we did need to make an appointment as it takes up to 4 hours. I really feel that the salespersons need to be educated on this as if I would not have known this beforehand I would not have been happy to have to wait for 4 hours and possibly go to the dealership from East Mesa and have to go home because I didn't have an appointment. As it turned out Leo was excellent the car got permecoated and everyone is happy. Thank you Leo! I love our car also.

2 days before Christmas, I called Tempe AZ, Nissan, spoke to Leo about my 2010 Altima having difficult to not starting. Had the battery checked, per his suggestion which was ok. The overall experience was very smooth. There were a couple hiccups in the beginning but once I identified the vehicle I was interested in, it was a very easy process. My sales person Ashley was great, very easy going and friendly. My finance manager Jeremiah was also very easy going and friendly. I didn't feel any pressure at any point, in fact I was pressuring them to hurry the process because I had plans afterwords. They did make the process very quick, yet explained all of the figures clearly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. And I couldn't be happier with the vehicle!

I had a terrible pull to the right, and was told by another service facility that my right cam was bent, which didn't seem likely. Decided to take my Nissan Rogue to Autonation Nissan in Tempe. Found out it was just that the tires need to be replaced, and the car was out of alignment. They did an alignment and gave me back my keys. Thank you for checking the cam and knowing that the only issue was the tires. Jaime was wonderful!

It has been 15 yrs. since I've needed to purchase a new vehicle. I have spent time in newer vehicles with the technology offered, but not enough to know what I really wanted or needed. When I walked into the Nissan Auto Nation, Tempe I was greeted by Christian Bustos. I explained to Christian that I have some knowledge of the bells and whistles in today's vehicle, but I wanted to be treated like a blank slate. Christian to that bit of information and ran with it. Christian was very patient taking the time to work with me to overcome any challenge that I had. In the end I could have purchased anywhere. I returned to Auto Nation because of the customer service provided by Christian, and everyone that I encountered at Auto Nation Nissan. Excellent pricing too! DO NOT get your car serviced at this place! They have had my car for a week now for a simple repair and transmission flush. I have been having to call and stop by to find out what is going on with my car because there has been little communication. I was supposed to have my car back Saturday (after being told Thursday, then Friday) and received no call back and was left to wait until Monday to find out what is going on. Then I talk to the service director Darren Gaines a few minutes ago. I vent my frustration to him about the lack of communication and the delay after delay regarding the car being fixed. He didn't seem to care and made excuses. Then had the nerve to say that I am apparently "fired up" so he is not sure what I want him to do about it. How about fix my car and stop making excuses!!!!! Terrible service and I will be sure to let everyone know they just don't care about their customers.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my car serviced at your location today. Back in June I bought a preowned Nissan Altima from another dealership and also purchased an extended warranty. This warranty is the only reason I chose to go to a dealership for my regular service and chose AutoNation based on location. For starters there is not a single welcoming or friendly face in the entire building. The service writer made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him even though I already had an appointment. I asked him if they could program my maintenance reminders for me and he said they could. I even confirmed this a second time before handing him my keys. I was given an estimated wait time. 15 minutes after that wait had expired and I hadn't heard from anyone I walk out to check on my vehicle. I can see that it is ready behind the booth. When I approach there are 3 men in the booth. The service writer who was on the phone and what appeared to be 2 technicians. I waited 3-5 minutes while the service writer finished his phone call. In the mean time the 2 techs never said a single word to me. Not a "hi, how are you" or "can I help you" nothing. I'm not sure if I was invisible or they were blind or didn't speak English, or perhaps they lack basic manners and customer service skills. When the writer is finally off the phone I ask about my car and he says it is ready, he finds the paper work and walks me to the cashier. I ask him if he can do anything about he price since it went over the estimated time and no one bothered to tell me my car was ready. He tells the cashier to throw the invoice away and walks out. When he comes back he has my keys and has taken $20 off my total which was appreciated. However the fact is I felt like I was a inconvenience to everyone there. The gentleman that helped me wasn't the least bit concerned that I was at all upset. I don't mind spending money for a service. But I expect to be treated well. I have worked my entire life in customer service and know how to treat others and what it takes to make people feel welcomed. To make matters worse when I walk out to my car I immediately notice 3 scratches ranging from 2-6" behind my drivers door which I know were not there. When I got home this evening I also noticed not a single maintenance reminder had been programmed on my car like I had asked, twice. I'm curious. Is this how you treat all your customers or just the female ones? I will gladly drive an hour out of my way to avoid both AutoNation Nissans altogether to get quality service.

I bought a used Titan here a few years ago. That experience was great. HOWEVER, I now live out of state and need to cancel the gap insurance and extended warranty as I have traded the truck on another vehicle. I have called and left messages for a month and no one will call me back. It's either they're in a meeting, or they aren't in yet, or something along those lines. I will keep calling every day until someone speaks to me. I advise caution on the other side of buying a vehicle here....

Not a fan of salespeople bad mouthing their competition. Would rather have a salesperson show me how their product is better and admit when the competition has better basic features or longer warranty. Not a fan of being called 2 minutes after I leave their establishment by their sales manager trying to make me come back. 1st, that's just unsafe as he know I was driving at rush hour and that he should have had some common sense to not distract me or anyone from driving. What if in the course of me answering the phone I was distracted and was in an accident, I don't think that manager would have paid for damages. I do not recommend this dealership and gave it a 2 star rating.

I had mixed experiences with AutoNation Nissan Tempe. I had a rather positive experience when dealing with one salesperson (Bart) while I had very unpleasant experience with another salesperson (Jeremiah) and his sales manager. The story goes like this... When I initially went to AutoNation Nissan I met up with Bart for a test drive of a Nissan Maxima. Bart was attentive and helpful, allowing me to test drive the vehicle and consider it for a lease. Since I wasn't going to pull the trigger the day I took the Maxima out for a test drive, Bart allowed me to go without pestering me for a sales that day. He treated me with the utmost respect, which I greatly appreciate. A month later when I was about to pull the trigger, I went back to the dealer. Bart wasn't available that day, so I met up with Jeremiah instead. He let my wife, child and I go for another test drive and I was eager to get a Maxima at that point. However, they didn't have the specific edition of the Maxima I wanted in stock. Jeremiah offered me a very attractive deal and said they'd arrange a dealer trade to get a Maxima in one of the colors I had indicated would be acceptable. The next day, I waited most of the day to hear back from Jeremiah and eventually called him. He stalled and didn't give any clear indication whether or not that they had moved forward with a dealer trade. Shortly there-after, Nissan corporate called me for a customer satisfaction survey. I indicated my situation, and they provided me with the general managers name/number and said to call them directly. So I did, and found out the GM was on vacation. So I spoke with the sales-manager instead, who indicated they got a Maxima on dealer trade in one of the two colors I said I would not own. He also then indicated the price went up $2000. I had to indicate to him not to proceed with the transaction as they committed a bait-n-switch. I'm just glad I didn't give them any money the day before. I should have known as I heard another salesperson working with a potential buyer while I was waiting for Jeremiah to pull up our car for test drive, and it was clear from that conversation that some of their sales staff is not straight-forward. As someone who has been leasing for a considerable amount of time, it is truly disappointing to hear this particular AutoNation dealer not be up-front with their customer base. As such, I recommend caution when dealing with them and to walk out if they start the old-school shell game.

This is my 3rd visit to this dealership, first 2 visits were great but I was very disappointed this last visit. I have a factory CD player that over last few weeks has lost all memory and is major nuisance. Juan was very nice but after 3 hours looking at vehicle, he came back and told me there is nothing Nissan can do. I have factory warranty so I expected them to replace deck if couldn't pin point a problem. Don't understand how could of taken 3 hours for them to tell me sorry, can't help you. I purchased vehicle at other dealership but come here for service because closer to home. Juan is friendly but I will never come here again and will share my experience with others if they ask.

Just purchased a Rouge with Vince, he was EXCELLENT! If I could rate just him I would give all 5 stars. Unfortunately the finance and service departments are the issue. I was already approved by my bank and was going to finance through them. The paperwork was already written up on that end, yet I still waited an entire hour just for the finance. Vince let us know that there was only the manager and one finance person that day. Although I waited for a long period of time, someone was constantly checking in and letting me know where they were in the process. Finance needs to do some hiring though to cut down on this wait time. After I purchased the car I had to come back for a second key fob to be programmed. Programming a key fob should only take a few minutes, instead I waited for 45 minutes because the service crew forgot to pull my car around and tell me it was finished. Vince noticed I was waiting for much longer than needed and ran out to take charge. Thank you Vince for all that you have done, I am very happy with my purchase and your customer service but will not be back for servicing my vehicle.

We went to Tempe Autoplex Nissan because we had previously bought a Tahoe from them in 2014. We liked the customer service they offered during that visit. However it was nothing compared to the awesome service we received from Jack Chammas. He went above and beyond for us from the minute we walked in the door. He asked us what we were looking for he was very knowledgeable of the cargo Nissan van we were looking for. He drove us around that lot making us feel like he knew us forever. My husband even asked him to take us back to the van to get pictures so he can show his boss. Jack said it's kinda warm outside ill go do it for you guys. It wasn't at all like he was trying too hard. It didn't feel fake or like he was doing it because it was his job. It felt like he was doing it because he genuinely wanted to help us. He made everything so easy. He let us know it would be a while while they serviced the vehicle. He stayed with us brought us drinks, offered us coffee and food. I know they all probably do that but it just felt different with Jack. It made him seem humble and very honest. Then we met Aj in financing who was also very good to us. The general manager who also introduced himself out of no where was very nice. He explained how we were getting a great deal and how just the day before they couldn't sell that van because a recalled part hadn't came in. And how we were so lucky! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! On May 20, 2016 I took my car to AutoNation Nissan Tempe for a regularly scheduled oil change and notified my service tech (Clint) that the radio was not working properly. He agreed and said that a new radio would be ordered and should arrive within 5-7 days. I waited well over a week before calling Clint to inquire on the status of my new radio. I was told he was unavailable and directed to voicemail where I left a message. After waiting about another week for a call back, I decided to call Clint again - he was not available so I left yet another message on his voicemail. Frustrated, I called back and asked to speak with the Service Manager, I was told that he (Ryan) was unavailable and was offered his voicemail where I left him a message. After another week went by, I called the AutoNation Nissan Tempe service department again and was told that Clint no longer works there. I then asked for Ryan the Service Manager and was given his voicemail where I left him another message. On June 28th (well over a month since this began) I called AutoNation Nissan Tempe and asked to speak with the General Manager. I was told that he was unavailable and was put through to his voicemail where I left him (Ken) a message. A week later, on July 5th, I decided to show up in person since no one was returning my calls. Of course the GM was not there, Ryan was not there and no one seemed to want to help me. Finally, Geoff in Finance listened to my story, took my name & number and assured me that he or someone would call me to resolve this. Guess what....no phone call!!!! The following week, I called and left messages for Ryan in Service, Geoff in Finance and Ken the GM....none of them called me back. Saturday, July 16th, I decided to show up again. After waiting for over 15 minutes, Ryan finally emerged and told me that my radio had been ordered and had arrived, but it just sat there and was eventually returned. WHAT?!?!?!?! He looked annoyed to be even talking to me - Ryan the Service MANAGER did not apologize to me for the inconvenience or for not returning any of my calls, he just told me that he is understaffed. I was so upset that I left. This has been my first experience with AutoNation and I can assure you that it will also be my last.
