Updated: I went back and spoke in person with the service manage Richard who took my concerns very seriously and helped to resolve the situation. He was very kind and understanding about the situation and really put in the effort to rectify the issues, he Filled my tank up and had the part damaged in my car fixed. He changed the entire experience for me as i was very anxious stressed and upset but i feel that worked hard to fix this problem, calming my anxiety and relieving some stress. If it wasn't for him I don't think I would've come back. Original Review: My car, under warranty, need the heater box replaced which required it to be shopped for a couple days to a couple weeks. Gave me a rental "free" to me but needed to bring it back full of gas and clean. Mind you I brought my car in with 3/4 of gas roughly 250-300 mpg, as I had put what i could in before i was given the heater box news. So i spent $14 for a car wash and $47 to fill up to roughly 442 mpg for gas and brought there car back beautiful. They gave me mine at 38 mpg. Where did my gas go and why didn't they fill it back if they saw it dropping. They track their oil shoe tracks into my car and now I'm out another $50 filling up my own tank. In this economy with gas prices so high I'm upset and stressed. I figured I'd be out about 50 for the gas but now I'm out 100 because they ran my air till i had no gas left in my car. Just looked at my car again and they have damaged my car absolutely wonderful. I already heard the man who worked on my car laugh and joke about the fact that he had never taken apart a dash before and well i now have the damage to prove that he was absolutely right unbelievable and yes i have pictures

I started my shopping not knowing what it was I wanted and visited multiple lots. When I got to Nissan we were greeted by Ravn. She made it a great fun experience. She was high energy and made a stressful decision fun and exciting. Took a few days to think about my options and decided to go with the Rouge! I am sooo enjoying my new car. Another regular maintenance of my car at 90k miles. Done fast and professionally. Upfront pricing, no overselling, inspection above and beyond the manufacturer's schedule, and really helpful feedback on the condition of the engine and transmission components. Sleazy service department. Do not use them. We used this dealership to buy out our lease for my wife’s car. They offered us oil changes for the life of the loan for an extra $1/m. I had my wife schedule an oil change, when she she dropped it off she inquired about an AC recharge. They told her they didn’t have time for it but if she left the car it would be a $150 diagnostic. She declined. 25 minutes later I get a voicemail from Ivan who checked my wife in, he said the car suddenly started smoking and leaking he said they need the car over night. Mind you, the car we bought new and has never had an issue. I called back to inquire and he said “your wife mentioned the AC, well coolant was puddled and it was steaming/smoking” I said “wait, engine coolant or freon?” He said “well both systems are connected, we will need it overnight to diagnose”…. I declined and said please change the oil and I will pick it up. He said “the car would be dangerous to drive” We arrive and the car now has a check engine light for the first time… we get it home and the coolant overflow tank was empty, I pulled the code and it was for overheating. There was no splash or steam on the underside of the hood, however some fresh wet coolant was on some of the lower hoses. I refilled with proper coolant and the car is perfect again. These guys were so sleazy that when getting caught in a lie, they emptied coolant from the system to cause a check engine light before we picked it up. They can shove their $1 oil changes where the sun doesn’t shine. We will never be back.

Autonation Nissan was fast, friendly and FAIR. With everyone else (most other car dealerships we visited) charging 4,000-10,000 over MRSP to take advantage of the current economy and screwing customers, Nissan stayed at sticker price. We will definitely be coming back when we are ready to buy again.

Terry Brown came up to me and asked if he can help me or answer any questions regarding any of the cars, then answered all my questions. Terry was friendly in a very professional manner and gave me plenty informative details on my Rogue than any other sales person from all the different dealerships I had visited all week without being a pushy sales person but pure information. My car was recently totalled in an accident and I've been doing a lot of research online to find a car that not only fits my budget but also is one I really love. The current car market is super depressing & even buying my own car that I just lost that I had bought with only 34 miles on it is (same yr, make, model & current odometer reading) will be in excess of 5k more. I've been to many dealerships in the last month & most of them have associates that hover like vultures & just want to get you in what they need to sell. I've been emailing back & forth for a couple weeks & these guys LISTEN. They are willing to help you find what you need AND want. I'm in a unique circumstance right now & they even spent the time to help me reserve the vehicle I found that I love. Garrett & Wesley & the finance guy (sorry I don't remember your name!) explained everything. They were professional & not pushy at all. They understand my needs & were very accommodating. I recommend them 1000%!!

Set up 30k mole maintenance for my husband's car. When I picked up the car the bill was much more than expected. When I questioned service that was completed but not required according to the manufacturer's schedule I was told the dealership requirements at 30k miles are different (which increased my bill significantly). I tried to resolve but have not been able to get a manager to call me back. Do not recommend this dealorship!

Went in for an oil change. I bought the package for 2 years of oil changes at the time of purchase of the vehicle. This last visit, I was told they would complete a full check including tire rotation. I asked if it was all included in the package I bought and the attendant said yes. After a hour and a half wait, with 7am appointment, I was charged for the tire rotation as it was NOT included as advised. They did not come to clarify if I still wanted the service. I paid as I had no choice in the matter. I feel that was bad practice to not let the customer make an informed decision.

Jake was my salesman and he was amazing. He wasn't your typical salesman (not pushy). He allowed us to review as many cars as we liked. He was EXTREMLY informative and kind to us. He answered all my questions and still provided services after the sale was complete. Jalen was my finance man. He was also amazing. He went over ever option available for the car and full finance terms. After the first deal was in underwriting with CapitalOne, he called me back with a better deal. He assisted me with a lower interest rate, smaller term and saved me $2,000 on the deal. This is an amazing dealership. 5 START'S ALL THE WAY AROUND!

One of the best if not best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle! Cole Eichmeier was great to deal with and has continued to be very supportive well after the purchase was completed. He did a great job being very open and straightforward on all details then helped make the purchase quick and smooth. I have purchased 4 vehicles (2 new / 2 used) from Auto Nation Nissan Tempe in the past 8 years for my family and small business. I love the AutoNation brand as a dealership for the pricing, insight, and overall helpfulness. I especially love AutoNation Nissan Tempe. Every time I have expressed interest in a vehicle at a different AutoNation dealer and they will have it transferred over to take a look at it. This has made for a streamline vehicle search with familiar faces. The customer service at the AutoNation Nissan Tempe location is by far the best I have witnessed, especially from Jack and Jordan. They have always taken great care of us, follow up, and genuinely care about my family and our business. I rarely write reviews, but this location warrants one on every review platform!

Our mini Cooper is still leaking oil and they keep trying to tell us that they do not have any rental vehicles available. It's getting a bit frustrating having my spouse drive around in a vehicle that leaks oil constantly. This dealership clearly does not value the business of their veterans or anyone for that matter.

Pathfinder wasn't starting, other places couldn't fix it, so they said dealer is only one. Dealer first quotes $1300+, needs 2 new keys, 2 FOB's, and the IMMU amplifier, that alone was $300, that Coulter Nissan advertises for $150. I said No to the 2 FOB's and 1 key, total $500, still a rip off, for 1 key and a $150 part. And the both old FOB's still worked so they lied about needing new ones. I over heard another customer just buying a part complain that another Auto Nation dealer had the same part for way less, just ripping off another customer. Buyer Beware

This place is the worst! I traded my vehicle in 3 weeks ago and they still have not paid the trade in off! This has caused me extreme hardship since both loans are reflected on my credit report and I’m trying to close on a home. When I call all I get is a run around!!! STAY AWAY from this dealership

I had called and made an appointment for my 1st service and to get my windows tinted (came with plan when I bought it). Apr. 2nd at 11:40. I called on previous Tuesday to verify the tinting was happening right after oil change. Lady confirmed. I called on the previous Thursday to verify that you had a shuttle service of some sort because it was going to be a long wait. Lady said yes. So I planned accordingly, with my 9 year old granddaughter along, we brought lunch, drinks, snacks, bathing suits, even bread to feed the ducks at the park. Arrived at your service area, man checking us in verified in computer service and tinting. Has me pick out shades of tinting. I then ask him where I get shuttle? He replies, no shuttle on Saturdays...... Wow, it's going to be 6 hours or more what am I going to do with a 9 year old? Oh well, go into lobby, start looking on Google if there were places to walk (Uber) to when I get the call from another man in service saying there is no tinting on Saturdays, WHAT? That's the only reason I came to Tempe cause I was told Tempe could only do tinting. I live 3 miles from superstition springs, I could get oil done there! Oh well, at least the wait will be cut down. He said 2 hours. At 2 1/2, I went to ask and he said it was done and being washed. I don't know how I'm going to get the tinting done if not on a Saturday because I work Monday through Friday for a Hospice and I need to drive from patient to patient.

Damaged trim parts for my new 2021Armada had to be ordered. Over a month later they arrived and I scheduled service. I was told a service rep would call to confirm time and loaner car. No call came. I called again and set service for a Monday 8 am. Reminded them I need a car. They assured me all would be ready. NOT. Nobody knew about a loaner. Nobody cared if I was late to my class. It took Jake my salesperson (best ever) to get it done. The service rep sai he would call when my car was done. NOT. I called at 5 pm and was told they didn’t have all the parts they need but would have them tomorrow and would finish. NOT I called at 4 pm and they said the parts didn’t come in. I picked up my car and am still waiting for them to call and tel me they have all the parts to finish this warranty repair. A month went by with no call I called the dealership and went to voicemail. Left a message. No call back in 2 days. Finally called Jake my sales person. He got someone to call me. Service is finally done but they will never see my car in that shop again. Jake was great. The service and parts departments are terrible.

Great, kind service. Car works great. The service did take 6 days longer than expected and we didn't get a replacement car in the meantime but it also wasn't planned to have to take that long. Went in not knowing what was wrong. Reasonable pricing and even gave some discounts because of circumstances with the service.

EDIT 4/4/2022: I updated my rating from 5/5 to 3/5 stars. It turns out I was sold my car with an 8 year old (original) battery (from 2014). I had to replace it myself - I had no choice I need a running car. I was hoping AutoNation Nissan Tempe would cover the cost of me buying a new battery or at least pay for part of it but no dice. They'll only sell me a new battery. I feel kind of tricked here -- you would think they wouldn't sell a car with an original 8 year old battery but they did. Now, they did load test it as part of their inspection process, but it's incredibly old and was bound to not last much longer. In fact it only lasted a couple of months before I had strange issues with the car and had to replace it myself. This feels kind of wrong to me. I certainly wouldn't sell someone a car with an original 8 year old battery... I would replace it before selling it. If you buy a used car here, I'd recommend asking them how old the battery is first. Original Review (Late December 2021): This was my first time buying a car. I got an auto loan thru my bank. I was surprised at not just the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff I worked with (particularly Josh and Terry), but that no one tried to push any products/add-ons. I didn't feel under any pressure at any point and am very thankful for this. Thank you!!

Danny was awesome. No pressure. Explained everything clear and what I might be expecting the next time around. I have seen other service managers but so far he is one of my favorites. …. This was soo true until recently. I called 3x and waited over 24 hours to get a call to tell me a simple diagnosis. Like really. I paid 140$ and would think it’s still worth calling to tell me rather than me circling through prompts to land in a voicemail. After 4th call went to director. But that shouldn’t be needed. Still friendly nice staff. But I need a call and or expectation if keeping my Vehicle. So 6 months later or so. Same issue. Carlos was awesome. But miles and delay on fix. Like thats their thing. Same day promise and 4 days later get it back. No call no update. I say if nissan is working them so much they cant call hire someone that can do those calls. I paid for a truck , 2022 at full price due to the economy today… it broke in less than 4k miles. No loaner car and was ignored. Just saying. Honda didn’t do that to my spouse who was past 100k miles. Why nissan. Why???

My experience on the last visit to Nissan tempe Autonation, Danny is always very helpful and always explains what needs done snd what should be next, i'm very happy with that, every time i had my car service at Nissan tempe Autonation My experience is great, this last time I was there my truck had an oil change but when I got home a few hours after I parked the car I noticed a Puddle of oil under the engine, I got underneath the truck to inspect the origin of the oil, and noticed the oil plug was only a couple of threads in (very lose) i was happy to see it was still there, proceeded to tighten it and the leak went away, I know it was not done on purpose, things like that happen every now and then, just need to keep your eye on quality, i would definitely recommend nissan shop to friends and family.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the service and how Josh the sales person went above and beyond his duty to accommodate my needs. After having returned my rental I did not have transportation so he offered to pick me up and even chauffeured me again to run an errand. The buying experience was of a no pressure feel and the sales manager met me half way on my proposal. I will remember this experience for a while and my next car will definitely be from Auto Nation.

y Arrived early and was able to have truck taken in for service. Explained to advisor it needed an oil change and fuel cap loose warning was on for no reason. Took it into service bays and started to work on it. He came out to talk to about service work a little after an hour. He told me could not find reason for warning and would have to schedule a smoke test for fuel system later at my convenience. Went ahead and changed oil. On way home warning message went away. Vehicle works perfectly. Loose gas cap. warning comes on, tighten it and warning disappears. Reprogram of computer worked. Service was excellent.

It was horrible. When I made the appointment I was told to choose an earlier time. Cool, I did. I was told no cars were available. I was told it would take all day. We dropped our vehicle off and on the appointment day at 9:05 (appointment was 9 am). The car was there all day. I thought they closed at 7 so when I didn't hear from anyone, I called around 6. I was told they would close and not open again until Monday. This impacted my husband and I getting to work. On Monday I called to speak with some and could not get in touch with anyone in service department. Sales finally took a note over to the device department. Still no communication. I then called about 4 hours later and was told my car was done...by the sales department as no one answered the service line. Then only 3 of the 10 recalls were corrected. This is unacceptable.

Bought my 2011 Xterra here in 2011. Had service done there for about 10 yrs with good experience. That changed over the past couple of months. Went in for an oil change-usually less than an hour. Had to wait almost 2.5hrs that time, and had to hunt down service advisor to find out the status of my vehicle. They told me a brake light was out and wanted $130 to replace it. I said no thanks, and changed it myself at home in about 15 min. They also wanted $160 to change engine and cabin air filters. I bought the filters at an auto parts store for $20 each and installed both in 20 min. Latest visit was on 3/18/22 for spark plug change and some suspension work. Dropped off at appt time (7:40). Never heard from advisor. Had to call 3x before I could speak with him, about 9 hrs since I dropped the vehicle off. He told me that nothing was done because the tech who recommended the work to be done (from the oil change visit) wasn’t working that day. I asked why another tech was not given the work and was told the techs got upset if that happened because they get paid based on the work they recommend. That explains why they suggested work that was not needed. I asked why he didn’t notify me earlier (it had been about 9hrs since I dropped off the vehicle). He said he didn’t find out that tech was out until “a little while ago” Not sure what he was doing for the past 9 hrs, but it wasn’t serving customers! My vehicle sat for 10 hrs and they didn’t do any work requested. They made no effort to contact me. It wasn’t until I called for the third time that I got ahold of the advisor. I left two messages earlier. I guess he doesn’t check voicemail very often I’m done with Autonation Nissan. They used to be good but not anymore.

The reason for this one star is: So I check for an availability of a vehicle that was on there website. I got a call from one of the sales rep and he told me yea the car is available. So i told him that I would come down to look at it. I went down there and this car was still in the shop with all of the dashboard taken apart. I was in shock that he would state that the car was available when you couldn't even drive it of the lot. He even tried to get a deposit to hold the vehicle. He wasted my time and gas to go all the way there to find out that the car was just a hunk of junk and then try to sale me another car.

They lied on the service ticket about my tire pressure. My SUV had the tires warning light on. The service ticket said everything was checked and good this is the 3rd+ major time they’ve lied. The first was when I had to take my SUV to get the engine light checked after a bad oil change from them they stated I would have to pay each time for them to check it out. Yesterday after being charged the oil change I was told was apart of my warranty the tech told me to bring the truck in again to replace the tire like I have this much time to take off work again. He also blamed me for not telling them when they obviously lied on the ticket. There is never a seamless transaction highly upset I purchased a car from them the do bad repairs so you'll spend more money and they aren't accountable. 1 star because I couldn't give 0

I had a service appointment for 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 5. I arrived at 9:55 a.m. and was told to pull through to the front of the drop off area and that someone would be with me within 5 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and no one came over to get my information and take my vehicle. When someone finally did take down my information and take my car, they told me to come back in 4 hours to pick up my vehicle. I came back 4 and a half hours later only to find out that the vehicle was not ready and I wound up waiting in the waiting area for an additional two hours before my vehicle was ready.

So, I was looking for a vehicle and AutoNation Nissan Tempe provided everything that I needed. I worked with Cole in completing this and had a great experience working with him. This is a no haggle dealership so pricing is firm, which I prefer. Only time you can and should negotiate is during the extended warranty purchase with the Finance Manager. When I picked up my car, I found the floor mats were missing and Cole was able to find replacement mats and had them replaced. I really appreciate a smooth, seamless transaction and I recommend working with this dealership anytime. Thank you for a great experience.

I called about having my vehicle fixed under my warranty and was told it had to go to a Nissan autonation shop because that’s where I bought it . It cost me extra to tow it there, then the person that received the car told me that it would have been better to send it to the ford shop and Nissan couldn’t even look at it for a week and they didn’t have a loaner vehicle to give me. I then had to tow it again to the ford shop (which wouldn’t have cost extra if it had gone there the first time). This all took place from Friday to Monday, so I have been without a vehicle for 4 days and a loaner is covered under my warranty. The people were all friendly and helpful, but the misinformation cost me time and money.

My Nissan Kicks has been in the shop at your dealership for over six months now and no one can fix my car. Warranty calls me every three days to tell me the same information "we have no updates at this time" dealership is non communicative. My first advisors name was Derreck, he no longer works for the company and for months now Im not sure who my person is. Mark the service supervisor just gives me the run around and forgets about my situation every time I call. I have been paying my loan for a car I can't use and has been sitting for months now . No one will help me. No one can diagnose my car but yet Nissan Auto Nation Tempe doesn't seem to care. Going on my 7th month with this torture. Think twice before servicing your car here.

I’ve purchased my last two cars from this location with great service. Unfortunately the service department has completely let me down multiple times. Repaired an oil leak last year and it began leaking again recently. Scheduled an online appointment and showed up on time. After 3 hours, my advisor tells me they don’t have time to do the repair and schedule another appointment in a month when they have more techs. Month goes by and I called him directly. I was assured the parts were in and scheduled my follow up appointment. Dropped my car and they asked if I was going to wait in the lobby or would I need a ride. I accepted a ride home not wanting to wait the few hours for the repair. Later in afternoon I called for an update and never heard back. Next day I called back and finally got a returned call they needed more time. Fast forward to next day, still no call so I called again, got a call back that the car was almost ready should they send a car to pick me up? I agreed and we hung up. After 2 hours no ride so I called and said I’d find my own ride later in the day. My wife then gets a call ( not for sure why he called a different number) that said the car isn’t ready and they need at least other day. She told them we needed the car for the weekend and they said ok. Next day (Friday) I show up to pick up the car and it’s right up front waiting for me. (👍👍) I go to my advisor to get my keys and he hands them to me. Asked for paperwork and he said they never looked at my car after 3 days and said it’s because we said we needed it for the weekend. ( don’t forget I had an appointment and confirmation parts were 3 days earlier). In shock I asked who I could speak to about my dissatisfaction. Gave me the card of the Service Director. I left a message for him almost a week ago and still no call back🙁. As much as I want to go somewhere else, the repair is under warranty at this location… ugh!

I bought a used car online from them since I live in a different State. The sales person Mayu was fabulous but the finance person, Mr. BAILEY HUGGINS snuck in an extended warranty despite me EXPLICITLY and in writing asking him not to. He also tied the interest rate to this package which is TIED SELLING and is highly illegal in all 50 states. I requested to cancel the warranty after I found out there is no autonation within 100 miles from where I live. The finance person ghosted me as I kept trying to cancel my warranty. Finally, I was able to get a sales manager on the phone and he agreed to cancel the warranty. It’s been more than 90 days since I signed the cancellation document, and the amount for the extended warranty STILL hasn't been credited towards the principal balance of my loan. The car has also had transmission problems since day 1 of receiving it and trying to get it fixed has been a nightmare. I would absolutely not recommend this place as they will try every dirty play in the book. If you are looking for a car at this place just walk away. It's not worth ever dealing with this dealership.

I recently traded in my 2019 Altima lease for a 2022 Sentra lease and had a great experience. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTONATION NISSAN Here it goes. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger in June of 2020. The day after purchase I noticed a slight oil leak, I figured no big deal they’ll have it fixed in max 2-3 days and I’ll be back on the road. I took it in they died the system and sent me on my way. By the time I got home it was leaking so much oil I turned around and drove it directly back to the dealership only to find out they knew exactly what it was the first time I came in as they’d already replaced the part before putting the car on the lot. It was the valve cover gasket simple easy fix. No, it took about a week. The communication in the week was more or less non-existent, I’d call no answer or be told the service manager would call me back only to receive no response. Fast forward to where we are now, February of 2022. 8 months of ownership and now the vehicle is having major transmission/drivetrain issues. I called scheduled my appointment took the car in and waited 3 days to even receive an update. The phone call we received was from the lady that worked the service desk telling us the car was ready for pickup and nothing else, so I asked to speak to a service advisor. She transferred me to him and he basically told me they didn’t do anything to try and diagnose the issue and that the tires are too big. (305’s on a 5.7 challenger) not too big but ok. I demanded that further action be taken in order to diagnose the issue and was met with more “tires are too big” comments. I finally decided to go down there after 5 days and was met with the sales manager. This is where things started to look up. He was immediately apologetic and very forward about getting correcting this issue. Told me his GM would be contacting me first thing in the morning. Once again another let down by Autonation Nissan as the phone call was met with the service manager only to be told “I didn’t hear the noises”. I should also mention this was an employees car that we purchased and we’ve found videos of the car being driven very aggressively on his social media. So here I sit with a car that is barely driveable and a service team that is unwilling to resolve the issue. Save yourself the trouble AVOID AUTONATION NISSAN

I called after a leak in my tire to verify it was still under warranty for it to be replaced. I was told yes, under warranty and I made an appointment to have it replaced. Waited 5 days for the replacement tire and appointment. Nik and Max helped me so much! Max was very communicative with me virtually. I do work full time and it’s not easy to go to a dealership all day unless it’s the weekend. Came for an oil and specifically asked that they top-off my fluids because my wiper fluid light was on. After I drive halfway home I realized the light was still on. When I take my car back I decided to check to see if they rotated my tires considering I paid an extra $25 for them to do so and sure enough, my tires weren’t rotated! Not topping my fluids is one thing because it’s technically included as an additional service, but charging someone for a service that you didn’t complete is just robbery!!

This was my first physical experience with this dealership since I bought my Nissan Leaf and i found them to be extremely pleasant,and straight forward. They did the needed diagnostics on my battery pack and determined that I do qualify for a battery replacement under warranty. I just purchased a great car from Carlos and Michael. These two gentlemen made the process very easy. Carlos was very friendly, easygoing and kept me in the loop. Michael was patient, informed and very personable. I highly recommend this location for all your vehicle purchase needs. I know the next time I need a new car, I will go back to Carlos and Michael. EDIT: Feb. 6th, 2022. Carlos got promoted! I wish him a long and successful career with AutoNation. This review is for the service director, Mike Culbertson, who was willing to go above and beyond to make this customer happy by repainting my hood. The peeling paint is a Toyota factory paint defect so Toyota will resolve the matter but Mike offered, after a few conversations and some research, to paint the hood even though it was not an AutoNation mistake or issue. I am still paying on my purchase and he wanted to make things right. I am very impressed by Mike and AutoNation Nissan Tempe. Bravo!

Was nuetral, as no military discount..would not wiggle even 1,000 on car price, did not give me what was priced for my trade, and a day after I purchased my vehicle, I found the same vehicle (diff color) with more features for the same cost so I feel like I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. After all I'm the one who found the vehicle I wanted, at a different dealership so the sales agent really didn't do much work. I could have got a better price at the dealership the vehicle was originally at. Had appt scheduled for signing, yet waited 2 hrs to sign docs that weren't ready dispite appt set 1 week in advance. Service and parts dept are impossible to get a hold of, not just due to the times...I've made numerous calls to service and parts for past 6 mos and the wait on hold is horrendous. This dealership could do better, could do worse...so this rating is neutral. Salesman Cole is dry and could care less about working with price at all. Military guy yet could not even offer smallest of discount for our military family. All profit no customer service. All in all, my family needed the vehicle and the vehicle chosen is unique, so I couldn't just get it somewhere else. I would have never completed purchase with this dealership if I could have gotten car elsewhere. No longer a neutral review...Adding to this review, I get a notice that my trade was not paid off in full. Gtfoh. Hate this dealership. BUYER BEWARE

UPDATE Jan 25th, It was great, I set up an appointment with Daniel Bedolla, my service advisor, he communicated with me about overall cost of what I was having done, and approx how long it was going to take, I showed up, everything was very smooth and professional, as it always is with Daniel. Honestly there is, or would have been nothing that could have been done better, this last time I had my vehicle serviced, everything was 100% perfect, and I say that with a smile :) Daniel Bedolla, is a very nice and professional service advisor, Tempe Nissan, and the people that work there are great!

I messaged autonation a few weeks ago about possibly trading in my car for a new rogue 21’ so glad I did! Cole was my salesman he was so accommodating and understanding of the price, and things I wanted. I went in the next day and sealed the deal and traded in my rogue sport for the full size rogue. I couldn’t of been happier. I’ve never traded in a car before and they were very informative and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking. The other salesmen also made an effort to make sure I was okay while waiting in the lobby for some paper work to be finalized. I had at-least 4 different people ask if I needed water or help with anything it was a very welcoming experience! :)

Service department is slow in more ways than one. 3.5 hours for a 40-45 min oil change. No sorry for the extra long wait, just go pay us $60 now. I had told the attendant that my splash guard was hanging and needed clips. Assured me they would clip it up. After 3.5 hr oil change, the guard was still hanging. What are these so called specialists doing? Don't they see a splash guard hanging? I can see it when it's not lifted. I come to a dealership because they are suppose to take care of the vehicle better than a normal shop. Not these guys. Avoid this dealership all together. If you are not offering me free service, I'm not coming back. I refuse to pay for incompetence. So please don't respond with a fake apology. I can see you are good at this. But not good enough to trick me into spending another dollar with you.

Bought a used car from here 4 months ago. Checked everything didn't see any issues. Was told it had a remote car starter when purchasing. Remote never started the car. Took it to the service team and they told me there was never a starter put in the vehicle. Took months to receive car paperwork and financing paperwork from them since they did not give us a copy that day due to them not being able to tell us who they financed us through. . 4 months later the car shuts off while driving IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD! I explained the urgency of this since this clearly is not safe. Did my own research and it states this type of car does this when it needs an oil change. I paid for the oil change package through autonation. They took my car at 10:15 and called me around 2:15 and said the oil change was done but the piece is stripped and I should take it to Jeep. Go to pick my car up and no oil change was done, took too jeep and they said they don't cover the oil change or the piece that I now need to have fixed. THEY HAVE THE PIECE ACCROSS THE STREET. Why not go get it! I could have literally gotten the piece but no one is telling me who needs to fix it. No idea where to take the car since there is no jeep auto nation near by. I've wasted money paying for a service that does not benefit me since they sell cars they cannot fix. Tried to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 30 minutes. A service advisor came on the line and has offered to help. Waiting for his call back.

I dropped my car for a specific service (weather protection repair), but they did not do a decent job - they missed one window completely and then wanted me to pay again. they also did not check the car for other obvious issues and I had to show it to them. they are good in communication, but the service is below par unfortunately and way too expensive. i felt like they dont care about helping customers since they have a long queue already for servicing cars and they could care less. I talked to the supervisor as well, but he was unapologetic.

While I've always enjoyed my stops here for service, this time I found the waiting area in disarray. The coffee machine and hot water dispenser were both out of service. And it was unbelievably cold inside, so much so that employees were walking around wearing their jackets. A bit of attention to cleaning up and repairing would put this stop back on top.

I left my car at 8:00 am for oil change and ac check and I call around 1:00pm to check the status on the car and told me the person who ask the phone “is not ready someone is going to call you when is ready “. I wait until 3:00pm and I when to the dealership because nobody call me. My car was ready I don’t know how long and I was without car for so long 7 hrs and nobody call, also the information on the windshield they did not changed I found out that home, was to late to go back because I live at 40 min drive.

From the day that I purchased my Rogue in October, I have been trying to schedule service work (both warranty and installation of OEM parts & accessories). For reasons I will never understand, my service advisor (Danny) will not return my calls (I've left him countless voice messages). Finally, I drove to the dealership to see him in person Monday last week to tell him face-to-face what I wanted and needed to have done. He promised to call me and tell me what the work I wanted done would cost. For the last week...crickets from him. WTF?! Also he was clueless as to a Nissan service bulletin that was issued more than 2 months ago to fix roof leaks (which I have). My Rogue is the 9th Nissan I have owned in my life. I like the vehicle, but my ownership experience so far has been abysmal. Oh, I also believed the email I received from your dealer GM indicating if I had any issue with my ownership experience to contact him directly. I did that, and surprise, surprise...no response from him either. My next step will be taking my vehicle to a dealership much closer to my home. My experience anywhere else could not be any worse than what I've suffered through with AutoNation Nissan, Tempe.

Called parts for a small part…On hold for 6mins… then He comes back and says “you still here?” And puts me back on hold… I hang up at 12mins and call back.. he asks to put me on hold and I say no, I was on hold for 12mins and he’s like “ok almost done, pls hold” On hold again for 11mins… as I type this…

Since my car was in the shop about a month, not due to Tempe Nissan, but being able to get the part to fix my car. Thankx to Carlos Santiago and Mike who kept me informed on the progress of the repair. They were thoughtful and professional about all that took place. Now if the marketing group can just figure out how to get my $50 visa gift card to me that might be a miracle since its been over 8 months and still haven't received such a small token. Mike greeted me as I pulled up, he said he was helping Danny. I explained that I must leave by 11 am. I was about ten minutes early for my 10:20 appointment. I was getting routine maintenance; oil and filter, tire rotation, check fluids. I showed Mike a problem I was having with the visor but just to throw it out there. I didn't know how difficult it would be. Also I said to skip the wash although Dazee (my Titans name) was quite dirty. She is a truck and she does truck things like hauling hay so her bed would need scraped out before they can run it through the auto wash plus her leather seats need cleaned and must use water only. Lets just say its a big job and I'm picky about it so I'd rather do it myself... So anyway I told Mike I'd need a rental car and I could be back in the afternoon if he needed. Surprisingly he said I think we can do that! So I went back to the lobby and set my alarm for 11. When it went off I went back out to the line. Dazee was nowhere to be seen. I saw Danny running to his booth and I said how's my truck doin? He said which one? I said the yellow one. He said let me go check then went around back to the shop. In a few minutes he returned and said they were just putting a couple screws in and it would be up in a minute. Around she came a minute later with a brand new visor that works great! The oil sensor was reset, the plastic was removed and I was out of there at 11:10 which got me back just in time for the other appointment. I cannot thank you enough. My last truck was a ram ram and the door fell apart. I had the best expensive bumper to bumper warranty and they would not replace it because it was "soft skin". And they were very rude to me as if I was asking for something I didn't deserve. And listen I have had a lot of cars, old cars, new cars but I have NEVER had a door literally fall apart. Dazee however is awesome. I have had Nissans in the past that I loved; sentra, pulsar, frontier. But I guess I'll just have to be a Nissanier for life, Thank you Autonation. Oh and by the way did I mention it was Martin Luther King Jr day? A day to remember the great man by serving others. These guys all had to work on the holiday but they served me. And they serve others every day. Their pride shows in every detail.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership… You buy a car that’s been terribly reconditioned and when it has quite a few issues they don’t care! You’d think the GM would call or email you back to apologize but not this one… Spend $35,000+ for a truck and they treat you as if you bought a beater for $5k. Great job AutoNation I thought as a publicly traded company you’d hold yourself to higher standards! Update: Tried calling you guys and your phone tree just re-routes, finally spoke with a sales guy who took a message to call back... Also, I did leave a message last week on 10/27/21 at 5:39pm and never received a call back from a Carlos in Service.

Never thought of buying a car esp. for my 1st car from Nissan. But having these people around me, from my sales associate, Jason Faber, to its Sales Director, Mr Garrett Magedson, they have greatly helped me decide that Nissan is really the best choice for me. Have been to different car stores, and met different good sales persons but only with NIssan that I got a great customer service. I was introduced to Nissan Kicks and instantly fell in love with it as it has security features that really amazes me especially for a first time driver like me. Now, I'm driving my 1st ever brand new car! Again, thank you Autonation Nissan for the wonderful experience!

The staff opened right on time. Very quick to acknowledge I was there. Service was fast and friendly...........10/27/8/21 NOT TODAY. night and day difference. Going on my 4th hr for an oil change. Extended warranty program not worth the travel and wait time. General unfelt apology from service manager and staff. As explained should be my choice if I want to stay and wait this long. Instead 3 hrs in notified they are currently going to start working on my car

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I've had a horrible experience the last 4 visits here at this dealership service department. I have been coming here for over 3 years and it has progressively gotten worse every visit. I came in to get new tires and an oil change and waited 6 hours even though I had the earliest appointment available and arrived 15 minutes early, then they over charged me on top of that. Fast forward to my next visit, I had a small leak in the tire so I made an appointment and came in last Wednesday, 10/20. They took my car back and later came out to tell me the warranty was going to cover 2 new tires because they were non-repairable. They had to be ordered so I was told to come back at a later date. Came in on Saturday, 10/23. Was told they had the tires but couldn't get the claim approved to cover the labor because it was the weekend. Got told I was going to get a call back Monday, 10/25 and I never did. I called 10/26 and was told by the service manager that they got everything handled to come in tomorrow and I would be worked on right away since my service case was still open. I got here at 8:10am and just got told at 10:45am they are barely going to start working on my vehicle, this was only communicated to me after I went looking for an update! AutoNation please tell your employees they need to communicate progress on vehicles hourly! COMMUNICATION IS KEY AND THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE ANYTHING UNLESS YOU GO LOOKING!This is especially important if the customer is waiting for the vehicle and it is something that has gone over the time frame that was originally discussed! I will definitely be recommending people to stay away from this service department unless they have endless hours to wait on something simple that should only take 2hours! My advisors were Derek and Rafael.

I have been dealing with this issue for a very long time with different shops. I was getting very frustrated trying to get to the bottom of this intermittent problem. What made all the difference this last time was that I had Derek helping me. In the early visits he tactfully delivered negative news about the inability to diagnose the problem with a genuine desire to help. In subsequent visits he remembered the specifics of my issue. When the problem was finally caught in action he personally confirmed it then proceeded to oversee the repairs and ensure that all my concerns were meet. Throughout the entire process I always felt that he took ownership of seeing the issue through to resolution. The entire experience was pleasant, reliable, and well-managed.

I dropped my vehicle off in the morning with the impression that my recall service would take the entirety of the day to complete. It was a pleasant surprise to get a call 3-4 hours later saying that my vehicle service was complete and ready to be picked up at my convenience. Given that I opted to have my oil and filter changed while my car was already being serviced, I was extra appreciative of how timely the service department was in competing my vehicle.

Went through Costco auto buying. Worked with Johnovis Rodriguez who was the Costco rep at Tempe Nissan. Waited 3 weeks for our vehicle to come in and then he would not give us the Costco price. He lied and said they don't do that anymore and they do !! Checked with Costco myself. Management would not honor our agreement. These people are bait and switch would Never go there. Johnovis lied three different times to us and management backed him.

I want to explain the absolute HORRIBLE experience we had at this dealership. We finally found this 4Runner after looking for a while and were so excited. I found it online and immediately called and was told they just got it in. We went there knowing we couldn't test drive it because they hadn't done their inspection. We looked around and liked everything so we went ahead and put the deposit down and started paperwork. We were told it would be ready in about 5 days. They finally called me when we were on vacation and said it was ready. This was 2 weeks later. We said we couldn't get the car until we got back. We got back on Monday and then I took Tuesday off to go get the car. We go in and talk to our salesman Skyler who tells us everything is ready to go and hands us the keys. We said we haven't filled out paperwork yet. He said we did and we said no we didn't. So they go find the manager and tells the finance guy. We sit there about 45 minutes and finally go in the room to fill out paperwork. He keeps asking us all these questions about why we didn't fill paperwork out before. Finally we are done and get the key. I get in the car and immediately notice there is a huge crack in the windshield. We let them know and Skylar told us they would replace. As we start on the freeway, the car starts shaking so bad that we think the tire is going to fall off or I'm going to crash. We get home and the next day take it to my brothers shop where he said the balance and rotation was completely off. Then we notice the screen on our car is not calibrated. At this point we don't even want the car anymore. We call and talk to Skyler and he apologizes and says we can take it to Toyota where is it under warranty for the screen and they will fix it. They sent a company to our home to replace the windshield. Then we go to Toyota and they call us to tell us its not under warranty and they aren't going to fix it. Keep in mind we have had the car for a week and have all of these issues after they had it for 2.5 weeks. When you buy a car whether it is used or not basic functions should be done! We shouldn't have had to deal with all of this when buying a car. The finance guy whose name is Tyler calls us and tells us the car is not under their warranty and we are basically SOL because we didn't buy their Platinum package. He was completely rude and unprofessional the entire time. I have never dealt with such a horrible person in my life. Naturally we are upset because they are now not fixing the screen for my car so I am explaining this to Tyler who then acts like he can't hear me and keeps being a complete jerk. Saying well your the mechanic why would you take it to a shop for an alignment. Just completely unprofessional. He kept interrupting me as I was talking so I finally asked for a manager and Tyler then tells me that I can't speak to one and need to call back in 30 min to an hour. I said no I want to speak to one now because you are rude, and unprofessional and then tells me well you can't talk to one and he has customers to take care of. I am so beyond upset I hang up. I will never bey a car from this place. They told us our screen would be covered and it wasn't. We trusted the dealership because they should sell a car in normal functioning order. Skylar doesn't know what he is doing. He never called us back we always had to call him, he kept forgetting about our extra key we purchased and said our screen would be covered and then it was passed the 5th day to return the car and its not covered. Tyler should not be in Customer Service at all. HE was the absolute worst person blaming everything on us and taking 0 responsibility for the issues we were going through. Couldn't give 0 stars or I would.

Derek in the service department is an absolute angel! I was having the most stereotypical "Monday" of recent months with one bad thing after another, including my battery dying when I tried to leave work for my lunchbreak. Trying to check if my battery was under warranty still or not, an place that could fix it as quickly/cost effectively as possible, coordinating a tow through my insurance, all while at work initially had me frazzled (and probably a tad sassy) but working with Derek made it a breeze. He went above and beyond honestly - he handled me on the phone + the tow truck drop off, honored the battery warranty even though I was ~a tad~ over the mileage limit for the original, and made it so easy to pick up my car after work (even though that department had closed) all I had to do was sign my name. Honestly almost cried I was so relieved/happy, his customer service turned my day around.

Was told by the salesman my wife’s car was going to be delivered so we drove 2/1/2 hour’s. Only to find out they had no clue where the vehicle was. Then 5 hours later after doing all the paperwork we left. Now it’s been a week and they still haven’t delivered the car. They’ve had it at the dealership for a week. Won’t return a single phone call no one. Completely ghosted!!!

I found out about Auto Nation Nissan. true my Sam's Club auto buying program, my home town Nessan Dealer does not support this program. after I sign up, I receved a text offering me help to find the car that I was looking for. that was Nikolos Gingrich with who I deal true the whole process and also Robert Hill who help me too,they were awesome. Everyone in the service department was very helpful, kind, and friendly. I specifically worked with Mike and Cody, who were really great, but everyone there acted like they cared. They got me taken care of quickly. They were also very responsive whenever I asked for updates, calling me whenever something new was happening, I think because they could tell I was anxious to hear about what was going on. Every time they gave me a time frame about when work would be happening, they seem to have been telling the truth, not underestimating like most mechanics I've been to before. They really seemed to care that my car issues were actually resolved, and had a car available to rent while they did the work that actually fit my whole family (something else that is not very common). While I hope I don't need their help again for a long time, I would definitely go here again if I do.

I was shopping for a Nissan Rogue and over email communication I felt good about the dealership. When I showed up for my appointment it was another experience entirely. I was told one thing over email and encountered a salesman who shut down after telling him what I was looking for. He showed me Versa Hatchbacks and just as small Jukes after telling him directly I was looking for a midrange SUV. He then said he had nothing and seemed to avoid eye contact and barely ended our interaction with a decent business goodbye. No follow up on other Rogues he said were in stock. Just overall felt pushed aside. Luckily found a Rogue from another welcoming dealership.

Avoid this dealership with extreme prejudice. I don’t even know where to start. This is the worst experience I have ever had in any retail, restaurant, or any other place where customer service should be practiced. Back story: I was involved in a car accident and our main reliable vehicle was totaled. We were not planning on this situation so our funds are very limited for a down payment. We were only able to scrape together 1000. We were looking for vehicles with 3 rows as we have 4 kids, and low price/payment to stay within our budget. My wife found a vehicle that she was interested in and did the online application in advance. We were very upfront with our needs and the fact we had credit challenges. The sales person asked her to come in as she was sure they could get it done. My wife only asked that she pull the app and review with her Finance team as she didn’t want to spend several hours there only to be disappointed. So she goes in and like she feared after a couple hours they basically told her they couldn’t get the deal done without more down. Several days later we were able to get 500 more for the down payment and she called back and was told that would definitely be enough to get the deal done. Of course the car she liked was gone. So she finds another she likes and several hours later she is told they are not able to do the deal again as they need 3000 down now. So now she has been there 7-8 hours between the two visits. We felt absolutely worthless at this point. So a week passes and we look a few more vehicles but don’t end up moving forward. We are offered some help from family with the down payment and raise the $3000 that they requested. We reach back out to AutoNation and begin working with Levi, who is really the only person we met at this dealership who was kind to us. He brings a finance manager named Ashley Robinson in on the deal. We tell her we have the $3000 they requested but we were not able to offer any additional funds beyond that. She tells us we are good to go the vehicle my wife liked was still there. We explain clearly what we have experienced already with their dealership and are assured that this time it is all set up, all we need to do is sign the paperwork. We discuss that we have previously scheduled plans that evening and would need to be gone by 4:30. No problem they promise us. They then send my wife a email showing her approval, it outlined the terms, including down, interest rate, payment amount, etc. All the numbers completely laid out. We head down and Ashley doesn’t even bother to come out of her office to greet us, I guess we didn’t warrant that courtesy, she sent another sales rep as ours was busy with another couple. So they sit us down and we sign a good deal of paperwork and we are told finance will be out to get us and we can get the remaining paperwork done and be on our way. The sales guy takes the vehicle to fill it up with gas and have it detailed. Sometime later he pulls it up in the delivery area. All looks good. Then time to leave starts to creep closer. We are told they will be right out to get us they are just finishing up printing the paperwork. Finally at 4:15 we are greeted by Frank from finance. He proceeds to tell us there are a couple “snags” as he calls them and then breaks the news to my wife the price of the vehicle is to high per the finance company so we need to make up the remaining $1400 difference. So now they need $4400 down. My wife had all she could take and broke down right there at the table. Frank on the other hand handled the situation with zero professionalism and even less sensitivity. No one should ever be made to feel the way my wife was made to feel. After 3 visits and probably 11-12 total hours spent in their dealership they basically said tough luck, have a great day. I followed this absolute debacle with an email to Ashley, a manager at the dealership, the GM Mr. Bittinger, and Mr. Kwak who is the South Region Director. NONE OF THEM, had the courtesy to reply at all, more less actually apologize for the treatment my wife received. This is definitely the worst experience I have ever had in any place where I should be treated as a welcomed customer. If this is representative of how AutoNation does business then it escapes me how they remain in business.

I just purchased a 2019 Murano from Nikolos Gingrich at Auto Nation Tempe. I had a great experience buying the SUV. All my questions were answered plus Nik was very professional as well. I didn't feel pressured to purchase, which made me feel at ease when I was shopping for the SUV. Everyone there was so friendly and made my buying experience was totally awesome. The absolute worst experience during my expensive auto repair last week. I've owned Nissan's for 25 years. Frequented many dealerships for routine service and repairs. I was appalled by the substandard customer service at AutoNation. I relocated to Arizona in January and had my Nissan towed to the nearest Nissan dealership. AutoNation claims not to negotiate, they will a little bit. Their original quote sheet that they came up with was a no non-sense quote sheet, nothing hidden and showed all fees necessary to complete the lease which I really appreciated. It was still just a bit too expensive so I countered with exactly what I was willing to pay and after a little bit of non-confrontational back and forth, we agreed on the price of a lease for a Nissan Rogue. They helped me figure out how to get every possible discount on this car (college grad, how to use my Nissan One to One Rewards) and that got the price down to even less that I was willing to pay. They answered all questions from the finance, returning my current lease early and were very respectful. I was interested in the Rogue and Rogue Sport and the salesman was able to figure out that the Rogue would meet my needs perfectly and he hustled to get the car from the lot so we didn't have to wait all day, he didn't try to up sell me on a trim level that I couldn't afford which I really appreciated. The only negatives were that the showroom was not the nicest but when they are able to speed up the process, I don't care about not having recliners and refreshments. We spent most of the time there figuring out how to get Apple Car play work and figuring out how to get all of my documentation for Nissan's One to One Discount and College Discount to be applied properly.

I took my car in for an oil change and to have my tires rotates and their mechanic messed up the rotation causing my car to shake rapidly while driving. When I took it back in my tires had cracks due to the shaking. All they did was offer to charge me $600 for new tires. What a joke. They caused my tires to crack and then wanted to charge me to fix my tires. This is the worst shop I’ve ever been to.

Terrible experience. Do not go here. I went in for an oil change and they convinced me to rotate my tires. Worst decision. I left and my car was shaking and the steering wheel was wobbling. After a few days, I went back in and looked at the tires with the manager and we noticed they were significantly cracked due to the shaking. The mechanic who rotated my tires did not mention any cracking or issues with my tires. This is very dangerous to drive on and could have resulted in them blowing out and me getting in an accident. Now I have to pay $600 to get all my tires replaced when all I wanted was a simple oil change. I will never go back to this place.

I went in for a regular oil change and Troy convinced me to rotate my tires. After leaving the shop my steering wheel wobbles and the whole car shakes, which did not happen before. The manager Mike offered to look at my car and we both saw the front tires were clearly cracking from the shaking. He told me it shakes due to the cracking, yet there were no cracks or shaking prior to going to the shop. The mechanic that rotated my tires did not mention any cracks or issues with the tires either. Clearly the mechanic did not rotate the tires correctly which resulted in my car shaking and my tires cracking. This is very dangerous and my tires could of blown out while driving on the freeway and I could have gotten into an accident because of them. I am very disappointed by the service and for them ruining my tires. I now need to replace all four of my tires and this will cost me an additional $600. I will not go back to this dealership ever again.

A great car buying experience. One of the best options was the ability to reserve a car after viewing online. Justin and Carlos were awesome. They were very courteous and respectful. I made an appointment to see the car. We made a deposit and was promised the car would have all mechanical and detail work completed within 4 days. They exceeded expectations by having it ready for pick up earlier than expected.

I was promised a loner car I called all week too confirm this.. she stated I have you down. I got there at 7 am and then give them my car then they came back and said I don’t have any loner car. Now I am stuck here with my daughter and trying figure out how too get her too school and my self too work this was an absolute epic fail on this dealership and the bad part didn’t even get hey I’m sorry let see what we can do they pushed me too go rent a car. I drove in with a bad battery and a recall for reprogramming the computer on my 2015 Altima. They took care of me pretty quick and got to working on my car. I waited about an hour and a half which is what they told me it would probably be. My battery was covered under warranty so I paid nothing and came out to a nice washed car and was on my way! Everyone was pleasant and would recommend this dealership.

Be aware of service at this dealership. My wife took a Murano in that was having problems with power and were told that it needed over $1000 of work. Since the vehicle had high mileage I explained to the service advisor that we didn't want to spend a lot of money unless they were sure they could fix it. He told me the technician was sure of his diagnosis. We paid, they said all was good and when we picked up the car it immediately lost power. When we called and complained they said bring it back in and then diagnosed it with another problem. This time they were convinced it would be fixed and our cost was $300. Again we picked it up and again the same issue happened. We called again and they said bring it back in. This time we didn't have the chance because the vehicle died near Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale. We had to have it towed to the dealership. They diagnosed the problem as a couple of parts that connected the wiring with the battery. The cost of those parts were about $60. They were replaced along with a systematic check up of the car which they found that the transmission needed to be flushed. We declined because we said that AutoNation Nissan in Tempe claimed they did that about 2 weeks ago. When I complained to service manager Mike Culbertson his response was, "you agreed to have the work done." When I asked him why all the work they provided at a cost of $1300.00 didn't help and the work Pinnacle Nissan did costing $390 he said, "I don't know I would have to ask them." I would never again trust this service department again.

Preston Harper is the GO TOO guy at AutoNation Nissan Tempe. He not only sold us an incredible Dodge Journey that we've been so happy with, but when we got a flat tire out in SanTan he helped us arrange to get our car to their dealership so we could get all the work done and get back on the road asap. Wow - glad I did not read these reviews before visiting AutoNation Nissan Tempe. Our salesman was Mark Matthews - excellent in every way. No high pressure - but very cooperative. Did not try to talk us into something we did not want. Great personality and full of integrity - this salesman deserves gold stars!!!! Then he handed us over to Finance - we worked with Kesha - another very knowledgeable and respectful employee. She presented us with all our options but did not high pressure us into anything. We got exactly what we wanted. Excellent finance person - she also deserves gold stars!! Hoping that in our future dealings with them we feel the same (Service, etc)

Brought my car in for a recall issue and was given a loaner car, no charge. While working on that the mechanic noticed a broken motor mount and replaced it at no cost to me. My car was washed, cleaned, and given a complete inspection, again, no charge. I?ve decided that the next car I buy will be purchased here primarily because of the excellent customer service.

I'm what you call a brick in the new car business. I know what I want, I just want the best price. I BUY a new car every year or two for one reason or another. AutoNation was the best yet. Not only did I actually enjoy dealing with them.( I can't remember the last time I had fun buying a new car) they got me out of the dealership in record time. My last two vehicles took over 3 hours in the dealership to buy them. No financing just a check for the vehicle. Obviously there's paperwork to be done. I was out of AutoNation in 61 minutes. The sales person and Autonation were only interested in there commission check and selling a truck. An Autonation HORROR story. There Web site ad says - “The Nissan Dealer dedicated to your needs” I am writing in regards to a Titan truck purchased from your dealership. I visited this dealer and told them specifically I was looking for a pickup to pull a Fifth Wheel trailer we were going to use for travel. The sales person sold us a $37000. Titan pick up. He had no idea of our “needs”. It doesn’t work. It sits in our garage and our camper sits in a rented RV parking lot. The unit he sold has a 66” bed and we need a 78” bed. We did several things to try and make this work, special sliders on the hitch, special brackets and still have nothing to show for our efforts accept an empty bank account Our dreams of travel and camping went up in flames with our bank account. I have attached a copy of Autonation website – only they don’t practice what they preach. I will be taking this further, with legal assistance, and Blog, and TV help. I am looking for a refund so I can buy something that is right for the job.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This is a place without integrity. Do not spend your hard earned money here. This review is specifically in regards to the Finance Manager: I don't want to mention any names but he was clearly new at his job. I signed all the paperwork and he nearly forgot to collect the down payment. I signed the lease contract on December 12, 2017 and drove away with the car. I receive a text on December 27, 2017 saying that there were issues with financing on the lease. He offered me a purchase option for $150.00 more. This seemed shady to me, so I declined. Then he offered to MATCH the purchase deal with the original lease price. Shady again. I don't want to deal with a dealership without integrity and believe my money should go to somewhere I trust. I surrendered the car on December 28, 2017, 16 days after signing the lease contract. DO NOT waste your time and money on a place without integrity.

I purchased my new 2017.5 Nissan Rogue SV from AutoNation Nissan Tempe a day before Thanksgiving. They were straight-forward and very easy to work with. I was at the dealership for a total of 2.5 hours from the time I arrived on site until I left the log with a brand new vehicle. A day later, I noticed a few scratches on the surface of my vehicle, and they told me to bring it in. They took care of it first thing in the morning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service from this dealership. I will be a repeat customer.

Great customer Service! We live nearly 2 hours away in Tucson and was so very pleased with the responsiveness of Ryan our sales person. He understood we needed a bit more information and details about the car in order to decide if it was worth the trip to Tempe to look at in person. Upon arrival we found the car to be in better condition than was described by both the ad as well as the additional pictures and video that Ryan sent to us. I purchased my car through this dealership last year in Sept.I also purchased an extended warranty were I wouldn't pay for oil changes/ tire rotate and balance until I reached 100,000 miles. I brought it in for the oil changes and maintenance regularly as I am supposed to and never had a problem with the finances. I talked to them sometime last year when I brought it in for maintenance and asked them to check the front of the car. I noticed whenever I go over speed bumps you can hear it. (Not normal). They told me everything was fine. It is just the humidity. Umm ok. So.. Saturday I brought it in for my maintenance and asked them to check my battery and that I smelt antifreeze. My advisor was named Christian and he said they would check everything for me. I told him that everything is all under warranty as the car is brand new. He said ok. He called later that day and stated something is wrong with the axel and bushings and they will take care of it. (the issued I had last year when they told me it was just the humidity) I said ok. The shop closed at 5 and my husband and I called at 4:30 to let Christian know we were on our way. He said ok I will see you soon. I was expecting to talk to Christian when we got there so he could tell us what was going on. We got there at exactly 5. And Christian was NO where to be found. He had already left. Didn't tell me what was wrong with my battery, the smell of antifreeze nothing! The cashier (Cynthia I believe) told me my total was $66.67. I told her no. That I was told it was all under warranty. She went looking for Christian and of course he was gone. I checked my receipt and I was being charged for my oil change/tire rotate and balance. I told her I am not paying for it as I purchased the extended warranty. And because Christian was already gone she can't fix it. She got a manager and he told me to sign for the warranty work that they replaced. I am very disappointed on how Christian took care of this and how he left when he knew i was coming. Not professional at all! Will never have him as my service advisor again.

Not a happy customer. Purchased a Leaf electric vehicle 2 weeks ago. FIRST: Your sales guy couldn't find the second key for my vehicle so he assured me I'd get the second key promptly. After several days went by, I had to repeatedly try to make arrangements to get the second key. From Alan forgetting to call me back to giving me wrong times to come to the dealer when the key guy would be there, I had to finally talk to the manager who arranged for the key guy to make me a key. Ok, was willing to let that go, but SECOND: My sales guy told me that he would charge my vehicle while we were doing the paperwork but when it was time to drive off the lot, I was told the charger was occupied and Alan sent me to drive my new electric car home at 45% charged. THIRD: Nissan has an offer to get 2 years of free charging but the card was not activated correctly by the sales guy. I had to call EZ-Charge, and 4 other charging networks to get my card set up correctly. BOOOOO! Even after all that, I was still not going to leave a negative review until now a FOURTH STRIKE: My Leaf had a defective radio in it so the Service dept ordered a new one. I dropped my car off yesterday evening and Saul told me that my car would probably be ready by noon today. 4pm still no call so I call to find out what's going on. Saul tells me that the technician broke something when he tried to install the new radio and had to order the piece. The piece should be in tomorrow. UGGHHHH NOW I am frustrated. Why don't these people ever call me, why do I have to keep calling and hounding? Nissan AutoNation, you have terrible customer service. Train your staff to keep their word and communicate better with customers. I do love the car, but I may never buy another one from you!

Shannon is the best of all time at Auto Nation Nissan in Tempe. I have never experience that type of customer service. It was extremely the best ever! All the ladies in this office are wonderful and friendly. I dropped my car off on Wednesday; and my car was done on Friday. I will only do business at this location from now on. @AutoNationNissanTempe scammed me when I bought my pre-owned car. I very much so DO NOT recommend this dealership for any services. I actually tell my friends, family, and acquaintances to AVOID doing business with them. They do not keep to their contract terms. I bought the service package for an additional price. In the contract terms it stated that I could cancel the service package less a fee and have the remaining monies refunded to my lender. I cancelled the service package later (within the contract terms) and I did it with their financing manager (or whoever you sit with to actually sign the finance agreement when you buy the car and who I was advised was the appropriate person). They never refunded the money to the lender, which cost me thousands! (Original Post from 07/26/2017) ----------- I recently wrote a review about how AutoNation Nissan Tempe does not hold to their contracts. They replied back to me asking me to call the General Manager, Bob Mitinger. I have called now and still days later I have not received a return phone call. I called again, and again was sent to voice mail. This is the same run around that I got when I first cancelled my service contract with them. They are not to be trusted! I repeat DO NOT TRUST THEM TO KEEP THEIR WORD, LEGALLY OR OTHERWISE. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Perhaps AutoNation Nissan Tempe you should read your own "About Us" on your website and follow it for better service. (Follow Up Post - 08/11/17)

1 review 7/15/2017 I bought a 2014 Altima from this dealership 2 weeks ago, since then the brakes started squealing and my husband and I noticed chunks missing from the front drivers tire and the passenger tires. I made an appointment for 10:00 this morning, I was told it would take one hour to have everything done. One hour later I got a call from Christen telling me the tires are fine only need to be rotated and the brake pads need to be replaced. I told him to go ahead and replace the brake pads but the tire are not ok and they both need to be replaced. I told christen that I just got this car 2 weeks prior and he said he would get a hold of the manager and it would take 20 minutes. My husband called the dealer ship at 1:00pm and asked for the service manager, Jamie` got on the phone and said he was only replacing one tire and the brakes are fine. Turns out Jamie` is not the service manager, Mike Culbertson is the service manager. When we asked to talk to him we were told he is not in for the weekend. We feel that this vehicle is not safe and by law they have to sell me a safe car. we also feel that as soon as we told them we just bought the car now nothing is wrong with the car so that they would not have to pay to have the car fixed, even after they told me the brakes need to be replaced.

I brought my car in for a airbag recall issue. It was a bit confusing at first getting it scheduled. When I got there to pick up my vehicle, the office attendant was pleasant, but I expected to talk to a tecnician about the other issues that were discovered in the inspection. I did not press the matter but called back the next day and Shannon explained exactly what was found and why.

I contacted the dealership in advance to inform them of my visit and they had the vehicle pulled-up and ready to be inspected. Julius was a polite eager sales representative who made every attempt to fulfill my requests. In the end, we left with the vehicle after negotiating a good deal and a few adjustments.

I've purchased over a dozen cars in my life, dealt with tons of "salesmen" and car dealerships and honestly, it was never 'fun' or 'pleasant.' So was not looking forward to doing it again and had to psyche myself up to prepare for the day. But this time, for the first time, I can honestly say it was a totally different experience at AutoNation Nissan Tempe. BART was my salesperson and it is he who made all the difference in the world. Never for one second did I feel pressured or otherwise. Not only did he listen but he heard what I was saying and was only interested in helping me get what I wanted within my limited budget and he made it happen. And he made it happen quick, as that was the shortest time i've ever spent at a dealer when purchasing a vehicle. I was amazed how fast I was in and out of there! Initially, the transaction went very smoothly. I found a car that I loved at a great price. My sales representative showed us the loan terms and processed the deal very quickly. It's been two weeks since I've had my vehicle and it's been one disappointment after another. The car itself is still great, however, the service and follow up have left a lot to be desired. We were called back just two days after the sale and told that the loan terms would be completely different from what we had initially agreed to. While we understand this can have more to do with the lending organization than the dealer itself, we later learned from the lender that we had a better financing option that was not even made known to us. Also, the car had some minor dents in it that the dealer agreed to have fixed. We advised that we could only do this on the weekend due to work schedules and was told this would be no problem. However, when we were finally contacted about the service schedule (a week later as opposed to two days later as promised), it was advised that a weekday would work best for them. I have called back and left a message to remind them about our work schedule and seek alternate arrangements and have not heard back. However, I get an email twice a week reminding me to leave feedback. Well, here it is. Great deal. Great INITIAL service. Poor follow up. This transaction really has left us feeling that we were no longer important once our names were signed. Chances are we won't be looking to do business with them again.

I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Sentra from AutoNation in Tempe, AZ after owning my previous vehicle for almost 20 years. Although my previous vehicles was costing me in repairs, it was still easier to repair than to purchase. I was extremely hesitant to go through the purchasing process. When I was finally tired of fixing a car that clearly needed to be retired I decided to start looking, and have to say if I'd known the process was as easy as AutoNation made it I would have done it long ago. Obviously I'm satisfied driving a new car, but the entire process I experienced with AutoNation has me most impressed. I'd recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a car but feels hesitant for any reason, start your journey here. The staff is friendly, and there's no 'haggling' over price or pressure to purchase. New Year?s Eve we stopped by Tempe Auto Nations to look at Nissan Frontier trucks. We were greeted by Justin Huerta-Stamper a sales representative. Even though we told Justin were just shopping and planned on buying at a later time, he took the time to show us the different Frontier models. With his professional, non-pressure approach, Justin found us a great vehicle. My Christmas present to myself was a 2017 Nisson Rogue. Having purchased 2 vehicles previously from AutoNation Nisson Tempe, that's where I went. I enjoyed the experience, again, and will return there for my next vehicle. We bought a pre owned Nissan Roque at the Tempe location overall our experience was good. We bought the warranty and I brought the Roque to have it coated and scotchguarded. I called and spoke to Leo to set up an appointment for this to be done, even though our salesperson said just to bring it in no need for an appointment and it would only take about an hour at the most. Well, after talking to Leo in the service department we did need to make an appointment as it takes up to 4 hours. I really feel that the salespersons need to be educated on this as if I would not have known this beforehand I would not have been happy to have to wait for 4 hours and possibly go to the dealership from East Mesa and have to go home because I didn't have an appointment. As it turned out Leo was excellent the car got permecoated and everyone is happy. Thank you Leo! I love our car also.

2 days before Christmas, I called Tempe AZ, Nissan, spoke to Leo about my 2010 Altima having difficult to not starting. Had the battery checked, per his suggestion which was ok. He scheduled an appt for Monday, day after Christmas, found the problem, fixed it and we were on our way. Excellent service, as usual and Leo couldn't have been more accommodating...

The overall experience was very smooth. There were a couple hiccups in the beginning but once I identified the vehicle I was interested in, it was a very easy process. My sales person Ashley was great, very easy going and friendly. My finance manager Jeremiah was also very easy going and friendly. I didn't feel any pressure at any point, in fact I was pressuring them to hurry the process because I had plans afterwords. They did make the process very quick, yet explained all of the figures clearly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. And I couldn't be happier with the vehicle!

I had a terrible pull to the right, and was told by another service facility that my right cam was bent, which didn't seem likely. Decided to take my Nissan Rogue to Autonation Nissan in Tempe. Found out it was just that the tires need to be replaced, and the car was out of alignment. They did an alignment and gave me back my keys. Thank you for checking the cam and knowing that the only issue was the tires. Jaime was wonderful!

It has been 15 yrs. since I've needed to purchase a new vehicle. I have spent time in newer vehicles with the technology offered, but not enough to know what I really wanted or needed. When I walked into the Nissan Auto Nation, Tempe I was greeted by Christian Bustos. I explained to Christian that I have some knowledge of the bells and whistles in today's vehicle, but I wanted to be treated like a blank slate. Christian to that bit of information and ran with it. Christian was very patient taking the time to work with me to overcome any challenge that I had. In the end I could have purchased anywhere. I returned to Auto Nation because of the customer service provided by Christian, and everyone that I encountered at Auto Nation Nissan. Excellent pricing too! DO NOT get your car serviced at this place! They have had my car for a week now for a simple repair and transmission flush. I have been having to call and stop by to find out what is going on with my car because there has been little communication. I was supposed to have my car back Saturday (after being told Thursday, then Friday) and received no call back and was left to wait until Monday to find out what is going on. Then I talk to the service director Darren Gaines a few minutes ago. I vent my frustration to him about the lack of communication and the delay after delay regarding the car being fixed. He didn't seem to care and made excuses. Then had the nerve to say that I am apparently "fired up" so he is not sure what I want him to do about it. How about fix my car and stop making excuses!!!!! Terrible service and I will be sure to let everyone know they just don't care about their customers.

Decent price overall, tried to barter down but there was no bargaining whatsoever. Listed out the vehicle as custom bumpers and other such things when in fact the truck has standard bumpers for the model. Overall decent deal but not spectacular. I liked working with Trevor.

Called their Tempe office 5 TIMES just to get information about my extended warranty. Each time I am transferred to some guy's voicemail who says leave your information for a callback. ONE WEEK LATER and no callback. This is the worst customer service I have ever had HANDS DOWN. I wish I could give 0 stars!

Have two vehicles serviced here for three years now. Excellent service. Went in today for an oil change, without appointment for the first time. For some reason I waited three hours! BUT, as compensation for the extended wait time, the Service Advisor did not charge for the oil change. I will continue having my vehicles serviced here. WITH AN APPOINTMENT!

I had the unfortunate experience of having my car serviced at your location today. Back in June I bought a preowned Nissan Altima from another dealership and also purchased an extended warranty. This warranty is the only reason I chose to go to a dealership for my regular service and chose AutoNation based on location. For starters there is not a single welcoming or friendly face in the entire building. The service writer made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him even though I already had an appointment. I asked him if they could program my maintenance reminders for me and he said they could. I even confirmed this a second time before handing him my keys. I was given an estimated wait time. 15 minutes after that wait had expired and I hadn't heard from anyone I walk out to check on my vehicle. I can see that it is ready behind the booth. When I approach there are 3 men in the booth. The service writer who was on the phone and what appeared to be 2 technicians. I waited 3-5 minutes while the service writer finished his phone call. In the mean time the 2 techs never said a single word to me. Not a "hi, how are you" or "can I help you" nothing. I'm not sure if I was invisible or they were blind or didn't speak English, or perhaps they lack basic manners and customer service skills. When the writer is finally off the phone I ask about my car and he says it is ready, he finds the paper work and walks me to the cashier. I ask him if he can do anything about he price since it went over the estimated time and no one bothered to tell me my car was ready. He tells the cashier to throw the invoice away and walks out. When he comes back he has my keys and has taken $20 off my total which was appreciated. However the fact is I felt like I was a inconvenience to everyone there. The gentleman that helped me wasn't the least bit concerned that I was at all upset. I don't mind spending money for a service. But I expect to be treated well. I have worked my entire life in customer service and know how to treat others and what it takes to make people feel welcomed. To make matters worse when I walk out to my car I immediately notice 3 scratches ranging from 2-6" behind my drivers door which I know were not there. When I got home this evening I also noticed not a single maintenance reminder had been programmed on my car like I had asked, twice. I'm curious. Is this how you treat all your customers or just the female ones? I will gladly drive an hour out of my way to avoid both AutoNation Nissans altogether to get quality service.

I bought a used Titan here a few years ago. That experience was great. HOWEVER, I now live out of state and need to cancel the gap insurance and extended warranty as I have traded the truck on another vehicle. I have called and left messages for a month and no one will call me back. It's either they're in a meeting, or they aren't in yet, or something along those lines. I will keep calling every day until someone speaks to me. I advise caution on the other side of buying a vehicle here....

My boyfriend and I had been shopping for a used (new to us) car for about two weeks when we came across Autonation Nissan Tempe during our search. We were greeted by Ashley R. She was very friendly and was not pushy in any way. Ashley was great. This dealership worked with us in every way possible to get us the vehicle we desired and to our monthly payment goal. Not a fan of salespeople bad mouthing their competition. Would rather have a salesperson show me how their product is better and admit when the competition has better basic features or longer warranty. Not a fan of being called 2 minutes after I leave their establishment by their sales manager trying to make me come back. 1st, that's just unsafe as he know I was driving at rush hour and that he should have had some common sense to not distract me or anyone from driving. What if in the course of me answering the phone I was distracted and was in an accident, I don't think that manager would have paid for damages. I do not recommend this dealership and gave it a 2 star rating.

I had mixed experiences with AutoNation Nissan Tempe. I had a rather positive experience when dealing with one salesperson (Bart) while I had very unpleasant experience with another salesperson (Jeremiah) and his sales manager. The story goes like this... When I initially went to AutoNation Nissan I met up with Bart for a test drive of a Nissan Maxima. Bart was attentive and helpful, allowing me to test drive the vehicle and consider it for a lease. Since I wasn't going to pull the trigger the day I took the Maxima out for a test drive, Bart allowed me to go without pestering me for a sales that day. He treated me with the utmost respect, which I greatly appreciate. A month later when I was about to pull the trigger, I went back to the dealer. Bart wasn't available that day, so I met up with Jeremiah instead. He let my wife, child and I go for another test drive and I was eager to get a Maxima at that point. However, they didn't have the specific edition of the Maxima I wanted in stock. Jeremiah offered me a very attractive deal and said they'd arrange a dealer trade to get a Maxima in one of the colors I had indicated would be acceptable. The next day, I waited most of the day to hear back from Jeremiah and eventually called him. He stalled and didn't give any clear indication whether or not that they had moved forward with a dealer trade. Shortly there-after, Nissan corporate called me for a customer satisfaction survey. I indicated my situation, and they provided me with the general managers name/number and said to call them directly. So I did, and found out the GM was on vacation. So I spoke with the sales-manager instead, who indicated they got a Maxima on dealer trade in one of the two colors I said I would not own. He also then indicated the price went up $2000. I had to indicate to him not to proceed with the transaction as they committed a bait-n-switch. I'm just glad I didn't give them any money the day before. I should have known as I heard another salesperson working with a potential buyer while I was waiting for Jeremiah to pull up our car for test drive, and it was clear from that conversation that some of their sales staff is not straight-forward. As someone who has been leasing for a considerable amount of time, it is truly disappointing to hear this particular AutoNation dealer not be up-front with their customer base. As such, I recommend caution when dealing with them and to walk out if they start the old-school shell game.

Great people and great service at this dealer, I got to replace the main battery on my newly purchased used Leaf, which I got from another used car place, Autonation Nissan help me looked up warranty information and replaced it under warrenty. This is my 3rd visit to this dealership, first 2 visits were great but I was very disappointed this last visit. I have a factory CD player that over last few weeks has lost all memory and is major nuisance. Juan was very nice but after 3 hours looking at vehicle, he came back and told me there is nothing Nissan can do. I have factory warranty so I expected them to replace deck if couldn't pin point a problem. Don't understand how could of taken 3 hours for them to tell me sorry, can't help you. I purchased vehicle at other dealership but come here for service because closer to home. Juan is friendly but I will never come here again and will share my experience with others if they ask.

He made sure all of our questions were answered and answered a few we didn't even know we needed to ask. Never was there a sales pitch or pressure to "make the deal." Just purchased a Rouge with Vince, he was EXCELLENT! If I could rate just him I would give all 5 stars. Unfortunately the finance and service departments are the issue. I was already approved by my bank and was going to finance through them. The paperwork was already written up on that end, yet I still waited an entire hour just for the finance. Vince let us know that there was only the manager and one finance person that day. Although I waited for a long period of time, someone was constantly checking in and letting me know where they were in the process. Finance needs to do some hiring though to cut down on this wait time. After I purchased the car I had to come back for a second key fob to be programmed. Programming a key fob should only take a few minutes, instead I waited for 45 minutes because the service crew forgot to pull my car around and tell me it was finished. Vince noticed I was waiting for much longer than needed and ran out to take charge. Thank you Vince for all that you have done, I am very happy with my purchase and your customer service but will not be back for servicing my vehicle.

We went to Tempe Autoplex Nissan because we had previously bought a Tahoe from them in 2014. We liked the customer service they offered during that visit. However it was nothing compared to the awesome service we received from Jack Chammas. He went above and beyond for us from the minute we walked in the door. He asked us what we were looking for he was very knowledgeable of the cargo Nissan van we were looking for. He drove us around that lot making us feel like he knew us forever. My husband even asked him to take us back to the van to get pictures so he can show his boss. Jack said it's kinda warm outside ill go do it for you guys. It wasn't at all like he was trying too hard. It didn't feel fake or like he was doing it because it was his job. It felt like he was doing it because he genuinely wanted to help us. He made everything so easy. He let us know it would be a while while they serviced the vehicle. He stayed with us brought us drinks, offered us coffee and food. I know they all probably do that but it just felt different with Jack. It made him seem humble and very honest. Then we met Aj in financing who was also very good to us. The general manager who also introduced himself out of no where was very nice. He explained how we were getting a great deal and how just the day before they couldn't sell that van because a recalled part hadn't came in. And how we were so lucky! It really felt like a lucky day. It was also my birthday! They truly made waiting at the dealership for a few hours feel like a few minutes. Thanks again guys so much if you're reading this!!!! I have found the service staff at AutoNation Nissan Tempe to be extremely courteous and helpful. In the work that I recently had done on my 2000 Maxima, they were clear on what needed to be done and what it would cost. I did not feel pressured to have the work done. When it became clear that it would take longer planned, they also provided me with a rental and covered its cost. I plan on continuing to have my car serviced at AutoNation Nissan.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! On May 20, 2016 I took my car to AutoNation Nissan Tempe for a regularly scheduled oil change and notified my service tech (Clint) that the radio was not working properly. He agreed and said that a new radio would be ordered and should arrive within 5-7 days. I waited well over a week before calling Clint to inquire on the status of my new radio. I was told he was unavailable and directed to voicemail where I left a message. After waiting about another week for a call back, I decided to call Clint again - he was not available so I left yet another message on his voicemail. Frustrated, I called back and asked to speak with the Service Manager, I was told that he (Ryan) was unavailable and was offered his voicemail where I left him a message. After another week went by, I called the AutoNation Nissan Tempe service department again and was told that Clint no longer works there. I then asked for Ryan the Service Manager and was given his voicemail where I left him another message. On June 28th (well over a month since this began) I called AutoNation Nissan Tempe and asked to speak with the General Manager. I was told that he was unavailable and was put through to his voicemail where I left him (Ken) a message. A week later, on July 5th, I decided to show up in person since no one was returning my calls. Of course the GM was not there, Ryan was not there and no one seemed to want to help me. Finally, Geoff in Finance listened to my story, took my name & number and assured me that he or someone would call me to resolve this. Guess what....no phone call!!!! The following week, I called and left messages for Ryan in Service, Geoff in Finance and Ken the GM....none of them called me back. Saturday, July 16th, I decided to show up again. After waiting for over 15 minutes, Ryan finally emerged and told me that my radio had been ordered and had arrived, but it just sat there and was eventually returned. WHAT?!?!?!?! He looked annoyed to be even talking to me - Ryan the Service MANAGER did not apologize to me for the inconvenience or for not returning any of my calls, he just told me that he is understaffed. I was so upset that I left. This has been my first experience with AutoNation and I can assure you that it will also be my last. The runaround that I am receiving is unacceptable and most unprofessional. More appalling is the fact that the GM seems too busy to be bothered with my situation. Bottom line is, my radio is still malfunctioning and the replacement is covered under warranty - why won't AutoNation take care of their customers??????????????????????????????

In desperate need of an oil change I dropped my car off at the dealership, in the later afternoon, hoping they could fit it in the next day. I bought my car on apr. 19 2015 they charged me for a smog check and registration on may 27 when my temp. expired talked to the finance manager he sad he would look in to it on monday gave me an extention did not here from them again on june 25 I go back in talk to jim in finance the one who did my sale said it would get taken care of on monday I get a call on monday by jim and he tells me not only has it not been registered but it still needs to be smog checked so I figure the only way my car is getting registered is if I do it myself even though I payed them to do it. I then talk to a manager and she tells me if we smog the car today they pick up my plate and have at the dealer when I get off work. after work I go there and nobody knows what i'm talking about. so here I'am on june 28th with a car thats still not registered

Automation Tempe has the worst service ever! They sold me a 2013 Nissan Altima in January of this year however I already had to take it back for repairs and was charged for it. Also, I now have not 1 but 3 recall issues that need to be resolved yet they will not fix them. I have filed a complaint with Nissan however the service director Ryan is trying to tell me that the passenger air bag light is to stay on at all times indicating that the airbag is off even when no one is sitting in the set. One of the recalls should haven fixed prior to them scaling me the car yet per Ryan they have no record of any repairs this year and still refuse to fix my car. After talking to others I was advised to never go to This location as the service is horrible after you sign and pay for your car! I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission!

We went to look at a specific car. It wasn't there so we waited a week to get a call the car was back and come look. We came back and waited 30 minutes for the guy to show us we had spoke to. He never came so we ended up being taken care of by another guy. They gave us quotes for payments and thwn when we decided to get the car quotes went up over a $100. We would get calls from finance people about appointments we never made and we were working with someone else so there was no communication within the employees. We would wait hours to get things done and no one was in a rush to help us speed things up. If they had not had the car we wanted we would have taken our business else where.

I read in the manual what needed to be done. I made an appointment and read on the Nissan site the cost. When I arrived I was asked if I wanted,the basic 30,000 maintenance or the premium, I was not aware of,a premium service as it was not mentioned in the Nissan manual, that was disconcerting. I was,charged a few more dollars then what the local Nissan dealer quoted on their site when I made the appointment. The Tempe Autoplex seems to be trying to improve customer service and to hire new people. A couple of their service people left. I was glad to learn they are improving.

I'm a college student and was looking for a car with my parents to drive to TN. Shea helped us out and was very understanding and helped find dealerships around my school in TN that I could take the car to for servicing. As usual, the sales person and finance department don't communicate very well so there was a hiccup there. The car I bought had a crack in the windshield but was told to bring it back whenever and it will only take about 10 minutes to fix. Dropped the car off around 9am and didn't get the car back until 4pm. Other than that, was a typical car buying experience.

I have recently purchased quite a few cars, and I am almost always disappointed at the end. Either the process is too long, the customer services is poor or worse, the negotiations are lame, whatever. However, I first leased then purchased my LEAF from the same sales person from AutoNation Nissan, and both experiences were excellent. And through the 39 months of the lease, the salesman (Brian) communicated well, was friendly and helpful, and just made the process as easy as possible. I was really surprised, and impressed.

Going shopping for a car isn't typically an easy process. Everyone tends to have preconceived notions of how car sales people tend to be ("pushy"). AutoNation Nissan Tempe completely changed the stereotype I had in my head of how the car search would go. A friend of mine, Jeff N., works here and told me I would not be disappointed by their level of service, and he was right. Jeff N. introduced me to Jeff A. and Mark M. Mark then was my guide throughout the rest of the car search process. He went over my budget and the features I was looking for. When we were actually looking at cars, Mark listened to everything I said and made it a point to make sure that he would find the car perfect for me. If I was about to walk up to look at a car, and he knew it wouldn't be perfect for me, he would let me know right away. Mark made the whole process fun, efficient and quick. Once we decided on a car, both Jeffs checked in on me to make sure that everything was going smoothly and that I had nothing less then excellent customer service. The final steps of the financial end went rather efficiently as well. AJ was very detailed in explaining the documents that needed to be signed, the different service plan options and different financing options. I am not great in that area, but AJ explained it perfectly for my level of knowledge in the financing area. Over all, these four gentlemen have changed my preconceived ideas of car dealerships and the stereotypes that I had in my mind. I had my car serviced here and had terrible service. I had a been a loyal customer for years but the past couple of times I've had problems. The most recent time I went in for an oil change and they asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I agreed, and they called me during the service to inform me I needed new tire that they could sell me for $1000. I declined and they did not ask if I still wanted my tire rotated even though this would be an unnecessary service. They then charged me for the rotation. I called the manager to talk about why they did this and he said he would into it and call me back. As you can imagine, I never received a call back. The next day I received a satisfaction survey call and when I told them I was not satisfied with my service they hung up on me. I will not be returning for service in the future.

My experience was awesome..... I shopped around, and even returned to them at the end of the day as I couldn't find a better deal - or better service. This is my 3rd vehicle from the same dealer for a reason. They even went above and beyond on the repair side. The truck was due to get tint after purchase, and they sent it in for two or small incidental repairs on their dime, and provided a rental for 3 days. We are totally impressed!

Found a cute car, Kia Soul. Decent price. When we showed up to the dealer, they actually had the online car in stock for the online price, which was awesome. (We are the kind of people that like to get straight to the point) So naturally, this started off as a pleasant experience. However, then Finance came along... Keep in mind we were pre-approved for a loan with a local credit union (interest rate was good). Sales and Finance promised everything would be fine, so they had us sign all the paperwork. Then, like all finance people do, the guy started trying to sell us Gap Insurance, for an extra $3k, Technically, it was $15/month more, but we were already over our budget, so we declined. He got upset, which is fine. He's Finance, I work in Finance, so I get it. Sorry, no extra commission here, guys We went home, 4 days past, we heard nothing from anyone...the credit union nor AutoNation Tempe. I called AutoNation. They said the credit union didn't want to finance more than $10k. He gave us "other finance" options. (of course, it can't be that easy) We haggled to stay under $250/month, or no deal. Knowing the way Finance works, I called the credit Union. They said that AutoNation submitted a request for $16K! How did a car that's listed at $10k go to $16k? The Finance guy added Gap Insurance (which we had clearly DECLINED on the contract) He also added "Tint Insurance" (what is that?) Also, taxes, title and License...we should've paid it, but I was already annoyed. We did end up signing another agreement for under $250/month because my husband really liked the car, I also didn't want to start over again, with another dealer...for the same hassle...The interest rate was to put it lightly, crazy...but regardless...we have another car, our budget will be fine, No one will die here. It's just annoying that they promise you one thing, knowing that they can easily manipulate the situation ....Ugh, not buying another car from this place. Moving on with my life... Oh, almost forgot, it's also been a week and a half since we signed the new agreement, and "the new bank who took the loan" hasn't called. Worst case scenario, We're driving this car for free...until everyone gets their ducks in a row. Fun...fun... (sarcasm) If it doesn't work out, we're done here.

Hi Nissan! I love my Leaf, but the free chargers at the Nissan dealers have been a disappointment lately. The Level 3 DCFCs at many of the Nissan dealers in the Phoenix, Arizona, metro area are inoperative and have been for some time: - ABC Nissan (down since Nov. 4) - Pinnacle Nissan (down since Jun. 30) - Larry H. Miller Nissan (down since Oct. 20) - AutoNation Nissan Tempe (down since Sep. 22) As of this writing, there is only ONE dealer with an operating DCFC in the entire metro area. This is unacceptable and is a disservice to your electric vehicle customers that count on the availability of these services to make electric vehicle ownership work in their daily lives. The availability of these chargers was used as a selling point when purchasing the vehicle. I'm hesitant to recommend the Leaf to family and friends if Nissan doesn't follow through on its commitment to provide this service. Please use your leverage to force these dealers to get these chargers fixed now! Enough is enough.

I've gone to AutoNation Nissan Tempe a few times for oil changes and an engine detailing. This last time I went and Brittan helped me. I was only planning on getting an oil change but he saw I was 7000 miles over due for my 30,000 mile service. At first I was upset because I just thought he was trying to upsell me and with the holidays I don't need any more expenses than necessary. I soon realized he was genuinely just making sure my XTerra was getting the service it needed. Since the service was going to take 2.5 hours, he drove me to a local restaurant. About 20 minutes later, he drove back to the restaurant and confirmed in person that my transmission fluids needed changed. He could have just called but he took the time to show up in person. Talk about next level service. I highly recommend these guys (Brittan and Scott) and AutoNation Nissan Tempe will continue to be my Nissan dealer of choice in AZ.

I purchased my 2011 Nissan new from AutoNation Nissan Tempe. I have had no problems with it since my purchase. I have had all my regular services done there. Every experience has been excellent. I usually wait at the facility for oil changes. Only takes about 30 minutes and includes a car wash. The waiting room is large, always has a very good selection of snacks and coffee. In my 50 years of owning cars, this AutoNation Nissan service treatment is the best that I have ever experienced.

DO NOT BUY A NISSAN! I was a proud owner of Nissan Rouge before my transmission went out while driving on the freeway, while my daughter were in the car. There was no indicator or light that told me something was wrong. I notified Nissan Consumer Affairs and because I am 1,700 miles over the warranty they refused to provide any good will adjustment. I am a single mother and cannot afford a new CVT. When I tried to escalate the issue, the rep refused to connect me with his manager. I am sincerely disappointed and disheartened by the lack of consideration or care Nissan has for their loyal customers.

Jack was the sales person that approached me when I drove up. I'm thinking it's going to be the normal routine of being pushed in a vehicle that I don't want and that is too expensive for me. It was completely the opposite!!! I went in asking for used cars, gave jack my price range, he told me that he can show me the cars I wanted to see but also told me about the promotion they were having and he could get me into a new vehicle for the same price. I thought it was his way of trying to get me into a more expensive veh but he compared the two and showed me what I would be paying for both. They came out to around the same price. I decided to try out the 2015 Nissan Altima. Before we got into the vehicle jack explained all the components of the vehicle from front to back inside and out. As we were driving he was explaining all of the functions of the car and how they work. I loved the way when we were done driving he did not push for me to get into the vehicle. He offered to show me more cars but I already fell in love with this one. At previous dealerships they tried to push my girlfriend to co-sign for me over and over they would push. I told jack I was the only one on the loan and he left it at that and now I have a brand new 2015 Nissan Altima with 5 miles on it !!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN JACK FOR EVERYTHING

Auto nation as a whole are thieves and non family oriented very close friend of mine a female single mother of two bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot without even having it a month it was in the shop more than she ever has got to drive it she had to go to two rentals and they still have not fixed it so she went in today expecting them to do the right thing and give her a vehicle which was certified pre-owned one that works and is safe for her new family instead they told her they would keep her thousand dollar to pay downpayment and it she could not qualify for another car on top of that the last Car Rental they had her try to drive away in as soon as she got around the corner the front tire almost fell off the car itself which could have killed everyone in the car AutoNation is dangerous and everyone should be scared

We were in the market 2015 Nissan Murano. I did all the online research and decided that we were going to do things our way. We would not accept deception (lies), play games, or be called names. We were not going to allow car people to push us around and have the encounter comparable with having a tooth pulled without anesthesia. We were going to complete the process via electronic communication or not at all. We wanted to factory order our Murano to get it just the way we wanted. AutoNation Nissan Tempe was on a short list of dealers willing to factory order a 2015 Murano. Via email, I worked with Carmen Spidle for over three weeks in January. Carmen answered all our questions and provided good customer service. Carmen kept us informed of their inventory of arriving Muranos. I sent an email to three dealerships on January 20 asking for a line-itemized out-the-door quote on our Murano build (link from Nissan's website with MSRP prices) to include prep fees, sales tax, and licensing. Unfortunately, Carmen's response was, "Your [emphasis added] quote looks pretty solid." This is not what we requested. Two things bothered us about AutoNation Nissan Tempe. First, On December 31, we felt Carmen led us to believe AutoNation could factory order a Murano for us. Carmen wrote, "We special order vehicles for our customers." Although Carmen didn't mention a Murano specifically, that is to what our email was referring. Carmen may have had no intention on misleading us. However, at no time during the three weeks we were corresponding did Carmen write they couldn't factory order a Murano. Then, on January 22, Carmen emailed this bomb, "We will know on the 24th if we are allocated to order specific Muranos." Secondly, you can't find names or pictures of anyone associated with the dealership anywhere on their website. We couldn't find the identity of any of the managers: General, Sales, Internet Sales, Fleet, Finance, Parts, or Service. You can't find the names of their sales people. To us, this sends up a huge 'proceed with extreme caution' flag! An old salesperson's adage is the first person to speak--loses. AutoNation Nissan did not make an offer and neither did we. AutoNation Nissan lost a sale. Only one dealership provided that quote: they won our business. We are currently enjoying our 2015 Murano from Thoroughbred Nissan in Tucson. They got a 5 star rating.

The 2015 Altima S is our second car purchased with this firm: 10 yrs ago we bought a 350Z , finally with 104000+ miles, decided we needed a new car...a sedan. Our daughter and son-in-law have also purchased a Sentra, a Titan and another truck. They contacted Randy to give us a quote and he and Bill sent us great information on the Altima. We were introduced to Alp ,our salesman, who was a tremendous . He was extremely knowledgeable about the Altima and showed us a variety of cars. We chose the Altima S and took this for a drive. We were sold on this car. The review of the pricing with financing and eventual trade in was handled with excellent terms. We felt that we were given a very good trade in and pricing on the car. The financing was completed well and we are now proud owners of a very sharp looking 2015 Altima S..Our grandsons were surprised that we had chosen such a sporty model with the special wheel covers, spoiler, etc. We would recommend this agency and the Altima to all. ps: we have been Nissan owners in the past: a Maxima and 2 Altimas prior the Z's.

I stopped to just look. Jon Sellers came out to greet me & see what my needs were. He was very helpful & provided me with some information to think about & look into. On the way home I saw lots of Nissan Rogue's on the road & in my neighbours driveway. Sleeping on that, I went to test drive the Nissan Rogue SV the next day. I feel in love...still not 100%, I slept on that. Finally Friday evening I decided to make the Rogue MINE. Jon was very welcoming when I arrived & walked me through the process. Having purchased my share of automobiles over the years, the process was never an enjoyable and I had ranked the experience right up there with the unpleasant events in life such as visits to the dentist and mortgage loan processes. The process experience at AutoNation Nissan Tempe was an exception to this process. My wife and I were greeted by Theo, who answered our initial questions, understood that we really were just looking without intent to buy, yet made us feel welcome and accommodated our wish to see the Altima line. Long story short, after test driving a vehicle and taking a look at the numbers, we actually left the dealership with a document indicating the price, which is a first in my buying experience without having to sign the dotted line first. After exploring a few more of the options available near this location, we returned and the dealership honored the previous offer without question. Should you be in the market for a new vehicle I would recommend this dealership as a starting point.

I originally purchased my 2013 Altima from ABC Nissan which one of the biggest mistakes I had ever made. The financing dept took out an extended warranty out of my contract without telling me. I have had the best experience with Jason at Autonation Nissan. They extended my warranty to fix my gas tank which is something I had been requesting from the other dealership for months and they deterred me from it by threatening that if it wasn't under warranty they would hold my car until I can pay. Jason made it a seamless process and made sure my car was fixed under warranty in a timely fashion and even offered a rental car if I needed. I will never go to another dealer for service or purchase, they have made a long time customer out of me and I will recommend everyone I know to them because they know how to do great business and keep customers happy and coming back.

I had a horrible ending experience and I'm still dealing with issues from it a month later. This dealership is wonderful and does everything they possibly can for you until they get your money and commitment. Then they try changing the deal they have with you to get more money out of you and don't follow up on their end with the bank that finances you. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone and warn anyone that asks me where I got my car to stay away from Auto nation! I financed a 2007 Mazda Mazda 3 Hatchback which I put $5000 down. My experience started very positive but ended with lots of stress. Frank the salesman offered me a 18.99% interest rate which was more than I was expecting but he told me because my credit rating was below average that it was the best he could do. While looking over the vehicle I noticed one of the seats were broken. He told me he would have it fixed within a few days and he would let me use a loaner vehicle while I was waiting. Frank then sent me over to the finance person Ronnie. Ronnie typed up my contract with $5000 down, interest rate at 18.99% interest and payments at $138/monthly for 60 months and I thought it was a done deal. I thought to myself wow this was super easy and all the rumors about car dealerships trying to screw you just was not true or at least at this dealership it wasn't. Wrong! A few days later the dealership called and asked me to come in. I was very excited because I thought I was coming to pick up my car. When I came in Ronnie told me that I needed to sign my "final contract" so we could finish up the deal. As I'm looking over this contract that looks exactly like the contract I signed on the first day I notice it says 29% interest with payments at $198/ monthly. I asked him why did everything change. He tells me the bank changed there mind so he had to raise the interest rate, that he added in a warranty that he thought i needed, and in his own words that "it was only a few thousand more anyways." I told him I could not afford that and I just didn't understand why my interest would go up after on the first day he told me everything was a done deal and the bank already approved me. He convinces me that my credit was so low and that this was the best deal that anyone would offer me. He takes off the warranty which lowered my payments to $166. I couldn't get in touch with my brother so being new to buying a car I signed the contract. Once the contract was signed he sent me back to Frank (salesman) who tells me that it was going to cost $900 to fix the seat and he didn't know if he could fix it. I told him I didn't want it if he couldn't fix it so he said he would have to look into seeing if he could get it fixed and he would call me. I was so frustrated. The next day I just felt like they were scamming me so I called to tell Frank I wanted to back out of the entire deal and wanted my $5000 back. Frank talks to his manager and if i wouldn't back out that they would change it back to original deal. I was very confused as to why they ever tried to make me pay more money if I didn't have too but after going through all I went through I just wanted it to be over with so I agreed if they stuck with original deal I wouldn't back out of the deal. Finally a week later Frank (salesman) called me and asked me to come in the next day at 9am to pick up my car and fix the contract. I show up at 9am and check in with the lady at the desk. She tells me Frank is not there today and she will get her manager. The manager tells me that its Frank's day off today and that my car is still not ready. I was so furious once again. The manager tells me he was very upset with Frank, that he will get my original contract for me, and that he will have my car delivered to me the next day. He couldn't find the original contract so he had to have another finance person write up a brand new contract for me with all the original terms. The next day Frank delivers my car to me and apologizes to me. Even though I was upset I was glad to finally have my new car. A few weeks later I got a bill in the mail from the bank they financed me through and take a guess. The interest rate, payments, and due date are all incorrect. The dealership never sent the most recent contract to them so the contract the bank had on file was the 29% interest with payments at $166/monthly making the total price of car higher. As of today which is a month later I am still working with the bank to get this issue resolved. I am praying it works out. Then to top it off the Mazda has a few more things wrong with it. The left fog light is busted, neither of the fog lights work at all, the steering wheel makes a clicking noise when turning right, and the signal lights get stuck when you turn them on. I wasn't even going to have to deal with them over this stuff so I will just fix this stuff on my own. I cannot even express how much time and stress this dealership has caused me!

I went into the Nissan dealership in Tempe a couple weeks ago and they were amazing! I had tried trading in my 2011 Nissan Versa Hatchback before at a different Nissan but there was nothing they could do to help me. When I attempted at this dealership, David D was my salesperson and he was so helpful! He was very genuine and did everything he could to help me trade in my car. Andre was the one who gave the value of my trade in and really pushed to give me a good amount for it to put towards the 2012 Nissan Sentra that I wanted! He was very helpful, fair and knowledgeable! I truly felt like I was really being taken care of and they were both doing everything they could for my best interest, not just to get a sale (which is how I felt at a different location). Mariya S was the lady who did my finance paperwork who really explained everything to my full understanding and David F was the finance manager who actually helped get my interest rate a little lower and said I can try to re finance in a few months and was very helpful with it all! About a week later I had to go back in to get the lock/unlock beeper programmed to my car because it didn't come with one. Andre and Scott S approved to get it taken care of through Nissan and I didn't have to pay anything which was so amazing and Jerrica F was awesome and so sweet and got me a rental car for the day that they had to program it, which was paid for through Nissan! They were all so incredible and provided the best customer service I have seen in a very long time to make sure I was Happy with my new car!! They all went above and beyond to exceed my expectations and I was really provided with a great experience!!

We walked away with a 2014 Nissan Altima SV model and couldn't be happier with our experience at AutoNation Nissan. Great car also!

There was no proper response and also they are quoting more prices, price is more than $3000 than market value and I asked like it's a more price but sales representatvie said like if you want to take it or leave it, they were not even interested for price negotiation. Please DO NOT go to this dealer, there are many good Nissan dealers like ABC, Midway etc. I'm giving ZERO rating for this dealer I'm really not happy as there is no -ve rating other than zero. I started my buying experience on the internet because I hate dealing with dealerships. I have purchased 20+ vehicles in my lifetime and most have been a pain. Tempe AutoNation Nissan was different. I went to the dealership test drive and finalize my internet selection. There I met Rodney. He was friendly and started answering questions I had on different cars. Rodney was very informative and helpful without making me feel pressured. Their price was more than fair and let me have all the time I wanted to make a decision. The management team of Carmen and the General Manager Randy J made sure that all went well with the sale and I was happy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

I've been living in the Arizona area for a while with one vehicle for me and my wife, we had been searching for a second car and our experience with a number of dealerships were to put it nicely very poor. We came to look at the preowned auto department and was approached by Francisco he was extremely nice and helpful. Not pushy what so ever and he truly listened to my concerns and experiences. Once we had found a vehicle of our choosing I then met Andre the preowned department manager who was very helpful and once again exceeded our expectations by getting us a better rate, helping with the price and just be a top notch sales team. I've worked in sales a very long time and these two are an example of what the auto industry needs more of. Thank you guys for all your help and if you need a preowned vehicle to ask for them!!

I wanted to take a moment to let you know about my experience with your service department and two particular individuals. First, I must add that I purchased a 2014 Nissan GTR from you guys in late January. The sales experience was great and quick. By far the best experience purchasing a car, ever. Regarding the service department. Jerrica F and Stephen T, in my opinion, are top notch and a main reason on why I am going to your dealership rather than the one that is 10 miles closer to me. In all my years of car owning have I never experienced a service like this. Jerrica has, since the time of purchasing the car, gone above and beyond answering all my questions and concerns regarding the car. She periodically checks in with me to see how the car is running and to see if I have any concerns. Excellent service beyond words. Stephen T, my service advisor, is also beyond words one of the best I have ever dealt with. He always takes my concerns as his own and he treats my car as if it was his. I know GTR's are very special but he seems to take very special care of it when it is in. He also addresses my concerns and provides me with detailed information about these cars that helps put my mind at ease. I have had some performance cars ( the last being a modded CTS V coupe ) but this one is unique and between the both of them I know it is in good hands. I wanted you to know about how your employees are treating their customers. These two are obviously doing it right and I feel they should be recognized. Again, I have a dealership that is closer to me by about 10 miles but the service I am getting from your dealership and your employees is why I keep coming back to you. I am happy to say, that after this car, it WILL be another GTR and I will be only doing business with your dealership and your employees. I am going to be sending a letter like to Nissan's customer service as well as I feel that they should know the great lengths that Auto Nation Nissan Tempe is going to make sure their customers are taken care of.
